Urgent support needed on fraudulent activity with Docusign

I have a serious concern about fraudulent activity with Docusign which has cost me financially.  I submitted a case two weeks ago and have not received any response.  Despite searching through every part of Docusign, I have been unable to locate any telephone number to speak to anyone at all.  It seems the account holder with the company concerned will be able to escape having to answer for this fraudulent activity which is very difficult for me to understand.  Can anyone assist please?  Thanking you in advance.

DocuSign does take these matters seriously, and there is a dedicated channel for reporting fraud‑related concerns. You can submit a report directly through DocuSign’s i‑Sight fraud reporting portal, which ensures your case reaches the appropriate internal team for review.
