I have a user in the same account (sender), but we are from different departments and couldn’t share the content of our documents. How can I set up my documents in a way this person hasn’t access to view?

By default, DocuSign users cannot see each other’s envelopes. Your documents remain private to you as the sender. The only time another user could view your envelopes is if:
- You or an account admin set up Shared Access, which intentionally allows someone to view, manage, or act on your envelopes. This is fully permission‑based and must be enabled before anyone else can see your envelopes.
As long as Shared Access hasn’t been granted, your envelopes stay visible only to you.
