Free one month subscription

I have been trying to take advantage of the ‘one month free subscription’ but always end up receiving an email to say that the request is not completed. Then when I go back onto my account, there’s no option to cancel/downgrade my account. Pleas help, thank you

I have been using DocuSign for a while and want to cancel/downgrade my usual monthly subscription, but I can’t see this option in my billing setting. All it is offering me is the one month free subscription, which I have clicked onto but keeps on sending me emails to say the request is not completed.
