We have built a PowerForm that would include confidential responses. Is there a way to restrict who has access to view and/or download completed envelopes in the PowerForm-tab that show when they click on View Envelopes?

DocuSign template flexible text box

Hi i am trying to create templates in DocuSign for contracts but the text box to fill in the details are not flexible eg- sometimes job title can be longer then the space created in contract to fill in the text box nd it over laps with with the text in background is there any solution to it? currently our DocuSign is not synced with workday or any other system we just stared with e-signatures. Thank you!

Allow to Edit missing

I am trying to set up a template where the first person has “Allow to Edit” but the option is not showing in the list. I am using a production account. Hyperlinks in word document

HiWe upload word documents that already have working hyperlinks to locations within same document in them but sometimes these get “lost” when we upload into DocuSign. Has anyone else seen this and do you know why and the workaround. It doesn’t occur for every document or link, so I'm guessing must be the way the link has been created in the first place.ThanksJen

wrong kba information

I was the recipient of kba verification and know that I answered all the questions correctly. I was denied access because it said that I answered one or more questions wrong. Where does Docusign get their information about me? How can I get ahold of someone from Docusign to correct the information so someone else doesn’t get verified as myself?! I have lost credibility in this service.

Notifications settings

Hi guys,is it possible to set an email notification for people who are in copy of an envelope (not signing) when first signer signed the document? We have different settings depending on type of document of who is signing first if us or the prospect and people in copy don't see the current status. Maybe if people in copy could access the Docusign/envelope status or they would need a seat? Thanks a lot! Kristýna

Too many notifications - help! I can't turn off "viewed" emails

Even though I went into the settings and turned off email notifications for viewed, I’m still getting multiple emails (I’m an admin and an individual sender). Pls help! I’m getting inundated with 3+ notifications for each envelope I send out - which is a lot.

1 Account, 2 Profiles

Hello. I have two different businesses. I am happy to use a single (the current) email address for both businesses however I require that my footers, contact info, etc (stuff) be different on my documents depending upon business. I would prefer to have different profiles completely with different emails/passwords but I suspect DS will require an additional paid account. What is the best way to achieve this goal? TIA

Deployment of eSignature Template

Hi CommunityI am a new DocuSign Administrator and in need of some guidance on the deployment process of eSignature Templates from Dev to Production. The templates in question have many conditional document custom fields, hence I was looking for ways to promote the tested template to Production, rather than having to create everything from scratch. Appreciate any help/resource as I couldn’t find anything relevant in DocuSign University regarding the same.

What! Downloading Disabled?

Who’s mad as HE!! and not gonna take it anymore?Docusign has DISABLED the ability to download completed documents. So, we are to print and scan these documents? My files are usually in excess of 30 pages. This is absolute abuse to our planet and disrespect to your customers.

Manually Send Envelopes to Subsequent Signers

For each envelope I send, once I get a client signature I need an Executive on my team to sign. However, I don’t like to have the DocuSign automatically routed to the Executive. We need to ensure it gets sent at the right time so it gets viewed immediately. The current workaround is that in between the client and the Executive, the document requires my initials, that way I receive the document and can send it off when I need. However, my question is if there is a formal way to do this? Is it possible to adjust a setting so that I can manually send the envelope to a second or third signatory without having it routed automatically? Thanks!

Hello all,I have paid for a esignature plan with one seat $120 USD per year. I paid in full for the year.Question - I though my envelope allocation refreshed every month but its been over 4 weeks and the allocation has not reviewed. The account doesn’t even provide a date when the refresh will occur. Can someone please tell me how the refresh date is calculated?
