How do you indicate where a recipient is to specifically sign?  I know I can use Set Signing Order, but recipients are signing wherever they think they should sign.  Even signing a document twice.

How do I set up Apply Initial To All Pages in DocuSign, please?

Dear Docusign TeamI was trying to send to signatories a document in vain (refer to the attached screenshot for more details). Hello,I received a form to sign via email, to an email address that also has a DocuSign account attached. I signed the form directly, however, before logging in. I then logged in and noticed that the form is still in my dashboard/Inbox and shows that I have to sign it - the “Sign” button is active. If I click through, either the title or the Sign button, I see that the form is signed - and has since been completed by the sender, even. The sender has told me it looks completed from their end. But for me, it still shows in my Inbox as “Need to sign.”How do I fix this?

Hi, I just upgraded the subscription for some reason it's not working, can I check it?

I sent an envelope to multiple signers. The third recipient incorrectly signed their section - how do restart the process from the third recipient? Thanks!

What kind of account do I need to enable send via sms?

I sent a document and received it back fine but am unable to open it to sign it myself as required. It keeps coming up “Unable to start signing process”?

I am trying to add a pre filled dropdown field on to my template but there are no drop down options in any field. How do I add this to my template?

Hi everyone, We have Salesforce/Docusign integration, we have set up a new envelope template via DocuSign Apps Launcher, and configured some fields in the document as collaborative fields. While we tested this envelope, we noticed the "Markup History" at the bottom of the completed email sent to all parties who have completed the document. It is believed that this will confuse the users who participated in the signing process, Does anyone know if this is a normal behavior when collaboration is enabled for some fields on the document? I did search in the following articles but didn’t find any helpful info about this behavior, adding markup history in the completed email sent to the users: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=lsv1579552570897.html&_LANG=enushttps://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=jbm1578456355892.html&_LANG=enus Thanks.

Hi, I am trying to bulk send to 64 recipients since yesterday. I already bougt 70 envelopes for this, but still get an error message about exceeded envelope allowance. Also: the DocuSign Support closed my support ticket 13940133 immediately after receiving it without solution, answer or even contacting me. Any ideas?

Email is correct. Can you provide any guidance on how to resolve this error message.

I am trying to create that all the docs and contracts that I get from Docusign to my email will show with the employee name + Docs nameFor example- Shani Nitsan- Agreement I dont want to customize the email subject line to include the recipient's name and document type.

Is it possible to populate the Payment Item Description with a formula field?

Hello all,I have uploaded a document for a new supplier and when I run the report, it didn’t capture the details for this new supplier.Upon checking, I noticed that I forgot to select the Party type. I’ve tried to update it thru Party List CSV file but to no avail. Can someone please advise on how to edit this? Thank you.Kind regard,IC

Hi, If I am negotating a deal and send one envelope to both parties for signing, and one wants changes made, I make corrections then send again for signing, all still with the one envelope and same people, will I get charged each time I send? or is this one charge until the envelope is closed?

Recently I’ve been have a problem with a couple customers not receiving the Docusign document. I resend it, and they still don’t receive it. I tell them to check the spam and junk files, and this last time Docusign sent me a notice that the email was no good. I know it is good, because I send them invoices every week from my company email, and they have no problem receiving those. Why is Docusign bouncing some emails?

Hi there! I have a contract I’m trying to turn into a template. There are fields in this contract I would like to make permeant so I can just change the recipient each time I send this off from my phone. Is there a way to do that? I see the option to set pre-filled fields… am I missing something? Please advise….

Hello all,Just want to check if anyone is having issues with email notifications or if there is a known issue? We have noticed that notifications are not coming through since yesterday. I have tried testing in UAT and so far, it is working. Also, I have already checked if this is being filtered on our end, but it is not.Tia,IC

I notice on some signatures when they return from other docusign users that the signers name is also printed below the signature. How do I implement this feature as it makes very clear who signed.

we are preparing for major re-papering of client accounts and today many of our created envelopes have disappeared from the system   how do we restore to yesterdays view

I’m logged in, am constantly prompted to buy something.I thought I could REVIEW ALL Docusign DOCUMENTS I signed here.It says “30 Days Left” -- am I going to be charged for trying to view docs signed?WHY is EVERYTHING so hard?I can’t even determine what category to use.

hi all!  I have a simple word doc that I want to send to 50 people in my contacts.  I need them to sign it, so I’m making the signature name required.  Can I apply this to all recipients and send ?  Or do I need to go 1 by 1 through the recipients?

We are using only one document to request e-signatures from recipients. Why is it showing that I have exceeded the limit?

How many sub-accounts can an admin account create? What is the maximum number of templates that each account can create? What is the maximum number of recipients that can be added per envelope send?
