Hello all,

I have uploaded a document for a new supplier and when I run the report, it didn’t capture the details for this new supplier.

Upon checking, I noticed that I forgot to select the Party type. I’ve tried to update it thru Party List CSV file but to no avail.

Can someone please advise on how to edit this? Thank you.

Is the Party Type a field in your envelope? If that is the case, and the envelope was completed, the system will not accept any alterations of the document.

Under these circumstances, you will need to recreate your envelope. To save some time and effort, I would recommend copying your envelope as described below:
