draft envelopes disappearing

we are preparing for major re-papering of client accounts and today many of our created envelopes have disappeared from the system   how do we restore to yesterdays view

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

It can be a “Document Retention” setting. you can check it. navigate to “eSignature Admin” then under “Signing & Sending” you see option “ Document Retention” and where you can set the retention of the draft envelopes.

Can you make sure you are adjusting the filters on the timeline being displayed?
