How to change the ‘title’ of a recipient in the address book (to correct autofill)? The ‘autofill’ is wrong (old title). Please advise. 

I am stuck in a situation at work. I was offered a new position, and was sent an offer letter 2 days ago. That offer was for 55k. HR and my manager signed that document, I did not as I sent a counteroffer. This morning, I was sent a document for 53k. I questioned the salary drop, and HR is stating that it has always been 53k. When I asked for the document from 2 days ago, they told me it is expired and they do not have access to it. How can I get a copy of the document from 2 days ago? I do not trust that HR will send me the original document. I 100% know that after the original document was signed for 55k, they went back and changed it to 53k and now are stating that they dont have access to it. 

Hi! We are using Nintex and Docusign. I am trying to use Document custom field tags to capture Date Signed field. Is it possible to auto populate a date field which is 2 years prior to Date Signed custom field?I tried creating a new Document custom field with the formula AddYears(\datesigned\,-2) but it does not seem to be working.Any help is appreciated.Thank you

We’ve got a user that is unable to void an envelope. Attached is what they’re seeing, and circled in red is where they should have buttons called Resend or More, the More option allowing them to void it.  The user, Jayne, is managing envelopes on behalf of Kelly. The envelope is in a Waiting for Others status so we would expect Jayne to be able to void. Why is this not appearing?

I have one end-user who is having an issue sending to multiple recipients. When they follow the steps to add multiple signers and set a signing order everything works up until they hit send. Hi,I have one new user receiving this error. When I go to the link to resolve the issue here, the instructions are different than what I see in my Salesforce DocuSign app and I am an Administrator.

I created a web form, and it's running smoothly, but the recipient has to login or create an account to access the form to sign. Is there a way to get the recipient directly to the form, without having to login or create a Docusign account?

I have several different signatures under my Docusign accoutn (legal name, work name, company etc.). All I want to do is select a different signature that’s already there, but it defaults to one that doesn’t match the document. How do I select the proper signature? Thanks.

I am having problems when downloading a pdf and uploading it into docusign. I’m on a Mac..I have to print up the document and rescan. I don’t understand what finding a new pdf finder means. How do I unlock the requirement for a password. Why isn’t there a chat or number I can call someone to help me. This is happening to me everyday and it is quite annoying.

I am trying to find out if Docusign has the capacity to help me reduce paper invoicing. I have a stack of 83+ invoices for every auction. I print them out and Customers sign as they collect their items. Is there a way to upload this invoice stack and then have customers sign and ipad version of the document? It would need to be searchable and easy to sign, there are often 3-4 customers waiting for items and wanting to sign and go at the same time. Thank you for any help! 

I sent a document to my client to be signed. Once she signed, I signed. When I look at the signed document, it says this at the top, “This document is digitally signed. Some signatures couldn't be verified.” What does this mean? Do we need to resign a new copy? If so, how do I avoid this issue again? Thanks.

Can someone explain me the creation of sub accounts within Organization Admin? I would like to gain a better understanding of sub accounts mentioned here : Create a New Account (docusign.com)Can an admin from one sub-account view reports from another sub-account?Is it possible to create different custom email domains for these sub-accounts?Can these sub-accounts be integrated with different Salesforce orgs?

I wanted to check if DocuSign can accommodate a scenario where the signer may be different from the vendor contact we have on file.  Specifically, we need to send a document template to 10 vendors for signature (and we don’t know their subcontract factory name).  The actual signer could be a representative from the vendor's factory, rather than the vendor contact themselves. The vendor may send the document to more than 1 factory.  (In my understanding, delegation function only allows the vendor to delegate to one signer (Factory).  Can DocuSign support this type of workflow where the signer is not the same as the vendor we have listed?  What would be the best way to manage and track the Multiple factories representative has signed on behalf of each vendor? Please let me know your thoughts on the best approach for this using DocuSign. I'm happy to provide any additional details.

Hello!First time user here and looking for assistance. I want to create an NDA document which I can send out to potential customers via a sharable link.The recipient would then enter their full name, signature and email where requested. I would then receive a notification that a New NDA has been signed and therefore engage. I want to essentially avoid having to enter their emails, names etc. before sending... Is this possible? Also possible to have our signature already signed on the doc? Thanks!

I cannot add multiple recipients in cc to a template. I have created a templated which includes distribution to 3 different people.Person 1. The person from whom I need the signature.  This person has been set to “Needs to sign”.Person 2.
