1. There is no limit on how many sub-accounts you may have, but it increases the administrative maintenance work and it is best to use as few accounts as possible.

2. There is no limit on how many templates can be created in each account.

3. The maximum number of recipients that can be added per envelope send is 100.

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Unfortunately, Docusign does not have an option to merge accounts, you would need to download all envelopes and save them to your device and close the account to have only one account active: Download or Print Documents
