I sent a document and received it back fine but am unable to open it to sign it myself as required. It keeps coming up “Unable to start signing process”?

Does this happen if you open the document in both the email and the Docusign app?

Do you get the same error when using the Alternative Signing Method?: Alternative Signing Method
