Hello all,

Just want to check if anyone is having issues with email notifications or if there is a known issue?

We have noticed that notifications are not coming through since yesterday. I have tried testing in UAT and so far, it is working.

Also, I have already checked if this is being filtered on our end, but it is not.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand your email notifications are not being sent.

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you, to assist you better? is this happening regardless of the user that sent the envelope? are the envelopes being created using a template or they are being made from scratch?

Are you using our eSignature platform or an integration?

Under certain circumstances, emails can be blocked by the recipient’s email domain configuration or can be marked as spam. You can find more details about these scenarios here: Why aren't my signers receiving Docusign Notification emails?
