Docusign Workflow Builder

Can you verify if there are any active DocuSign incidents? Newly created templates are not saving for users.

Hello,I have an active DocuSign account under my full legal name. I can edit and save my signature in my profile successfully. However, when I receive documents to sign, DocuSign continues to use a previous signature/initials instead of the updated signature. This is occurring across multiple envelopes from the same sender and on multiple devices.Could you please check whether there is a signer profile, cached signature, or recipient setting associated with my account that is causing old signature data to be reused?

Is there a way to send the Property Condition Disclosure document to a seller so it can be filled out in DocuSign? Thank you.

I’m creating a workflow for dynamic contract generation, and can’t publish the workflow.I receive the following error message when i go through the Publish steps, with no steps in the workflow flagged as improper:Error MessageI’ve attached screenshots of my workflow, the number of steps isn’t really changeable due to the complexity of the paperwork involved in our industry.  If anybody has any insight that would be greatly appreciated, as we’re trying to roll this out to our team as soon as possible. Thanks!

Hello, Just wondering if anyone else is struggling with the update to Agreement Rules since they became “Powered By Maestro.” All my old rules that aren’t “Powered By Maestro” are working great, they upload things to my Google Drive and upload to the connected Google Sheet with no issue. Now though I’ve had nothing but issues. The Rules aren’t working even when all the conditions are met, the agreements won’t auto upload and the export data to a Google Sheet is the most egregious. The Raw Data tab doesn’t appear, the information doesn’t seem to be connecting at all anymore. Not sure why the Rules needed to be connected with Maestro when Maestro is a Workflow system and the Rules are simple automations. This is really breaking a lot of the systems my team has in place. If anyone else has experienced this and has any solutions (like how to make Rules not powered by Maestro) please let me know. Or if the team at DocuSign would be able to help revoke the update too until it works better… T

We’re looking to implement a process where staff can enter client details via a DocuSign Web Form and upload multiple PDF documents (e.g. client statements that vary each time).Ideally, each uploaded PDF would remain a standalone document within the same envelope, but the client would receive everything together in a single email notification at the end of the process.Has anyone implemented a similar setup where:Staff initiate the process via a web form Multiple PDFs can be dynamically uploaded per submission All documents are included as separate files within one envelope The client receives a single email with all documents for review/signingAny guidance on whether this is achievable using Web Forms / Maestro (IAM), and the best approach to structure it, would be greatly appreciated

I work at Gerdau, and we are evaluating the possibility of using a robot account in DocuSign to support an automated document workflow. We have a couple of questions:Is it possible to create a dedicated login/account for a robot in DocuSign, or would this violate any security principles, licensing requirements, or platform policies? If a robot email account is created, would it receive the signed PPAP documents in the same way that a regular user account normally receives completed documents?

I have set up my first Meastro workflow. It is a simple web form that exports the data to a google sheet in a shared drive. When I test, I see the submissions coming through as expected. However, it looks like we have had 10 or so submissions this month that are not being written to the Google Sheet. Only the one test ones I submitted are there. I did not receive any error messages that these did not go through. Is there any troubleshooting things I could check to see why these failed silently?

I created a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) flow earlier this year (January) to extract/export information to a Google Sheet and save the final signed document to Google Drive when a specific template is used. It is currently working as set up. I would now like to change to which folder on Google Drive the signed document is uploaded. However, I am no longer able to edit any of the Google Drive steps.Issues / troubleshooting attempts:The “Apply” button remains greyed out even when I make changes to the step. The Google Drive app remains approved by an admin, and installed and authorized on my account. The connection is active with all permissions intact. I’ve tried re-adding the connection and re-creating entire step, but the GDrive-related Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) steps no longer appear as options on the ‘Add a new step’ panel. No apps appear under ‘Connected Apps’. When I click ‘Browse Apps’ and go to the App Center, GDrive appears as an approved and installed app with

As Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) moves to the centralized AuthZ platform as the single source of truth for who can view, create, edit, and manage workflows, users may see scenarios in which the Admin UI and Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) are not synchronized regarding a user’s access. This article explains why those divergences happen, how to recognize them, and the most reliable way to fix them so Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) and Admin stay in sync.High-level overviewAuthZ stores relationships between users/accounts and Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) resources and is verified by Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) on each action (create, edit, publish, view). Moving enforcement into AuthZ improves consistency and security, but it can reveal differences between what the Admin UI displays and what Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) enforces. These differences typically appear when permissions were applied through multiple channels (Admin web UI, user/group assignm

Are you a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow preparer who starts instances but can’t view the audit log for the instances you triggered? You may have the correct Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) and Activity Log permissions in your account’s permission profile, but due to recent changes in AuthZ and the addition of the new “Manage” permission, the authorization relationships Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) relies on can be inconsistent for older instances. This can prevent preparers from seeing the Activity Log for their own instances. Who might be affectedYou may be affected if:You are a preparer on a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow but you do not own the workflow definition. You successfully trigger a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow instance. Either: You see the “View Activity Log” option but clicking it fails to load the audit log for that instance, or You do not see Activity / Audit Logs for the instance you started.   Why this happensW

I have to close my account in Docusign for a while. That's why I want to close my account until I will come back. It will be appreciated if you let me know it.

Hi everyone,I am trying to understand how to reuse a document uploaded through an Agreement Request desk inside a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow and include it in an eSignature envelope. My workflow starts from a Web Form that contains several fields and one attachment field where the user uploads a document. The uploaded file is visible in the Agreement Desk request. However, I am confused about which step should be used next:- "Prepare document" seems to generate a document from a document template- "Get document from request" seems to retrieve documents generated from a document template in Agreement Desk- but my document is uploaded by the user through the Web Form, not generated from a templateSo my question is:How can I reuse a document uploaded via a Web Form attachment field and include it as a document in the "Send documents for signature" step in Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro)? Is "Get document from request" expected to work with Web Form attachments, or is th

I have a business pro account. When I try to add an attachment field to a webform, it says that “Attachment fields are only supported when this form is used in a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow.” I am wondering if I have the ability to use a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow, or if there is another way to create a webform where the end user will be able to upload an attachment?

Hi everyone,I’m setting up our first Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow and hitting a roadblock with the final export step. The Issue: > When attempting to export to a Google Sheet located in a Shared Drive, the workflow consistently fails. However, when I point the export to a file in a Personal Drive, it works perfectly. The shared drive is correctly connected and we are able to save to and upload from the shared drive.  Has anyone run into this frustrating wall? Thanks in advance!

As an Admin, how can I search and see an envelope created by someone else?

Can a data column with the names of the remainder approvers be available for the Envelope Recipient Report ?

What does this mean? "Each recipient must have an authentication type specified." I have never had this come up before. How do I get rid of it?

Unable to create Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) with Salesforce. After installing Salesforce from App Center, we tried to add connection to salesforce. After adding the credentials it is not refreshing the page. A blank white page shows and it does not redirect back to Docusign. Tried multiple times and it is not connecting

As per the older posts I have tried to locate the "My Preferences" tab and the "Contacts" tab of which i have neither anywhere on my profile, even when clicking my account icon. The only way i can see my contacts is when I click on the address book icon when inserting the name of the addressee. However when I click on this, I am unable to edit the contacts information. I am at a loss and I do not understand how something which should be incredibly simple is turning out to be such a difficult task.

How can i format a text field so that the background is solid and covers underlying text when filled in

Hi Guys, I am new here. As a common scenario, I went to the forums to get guidance from the pros. As the title says, I would like to learn and finish the Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) Workflow Course but whenever I try to, the link proceeds to a disconnection notice or failure to log in. It is quite weird as I am still logged in using our corporate account. Please help?

Hello- I joined a new employer, and it appears we have never used templates before. What would be the best way to get this going? We do not have the option to save an envelope as a template either.

Hello! I never get my questions about Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) answered but maybe this time.I’m using Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) to send Webforms for completion, but I need to customize the subject line and body of the e-mail that Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) sends to recipients.I couldn’t find where to do this. This is the e-mail Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) is sendingThanks!

How do I change the default email text and subject? Can it be tied to a template so that each form template has a different default subject/text that is customized?
