Hello,

I received a form to sign via email, to an email address that also has a DocuSign account attached. I signed the form directly, however, before logging in. I then logged in and noticed that the form is still in my dashboard/Inbox and shows that I have to sign it - the “Sign” button is active. If I click through, either the title or the Sign button, I see that the form is signed - and has since been completed by the sender, even. The sender has told me it looks completed from their end. But for me, it still shows in my Inbox as “Need to sign.”

How do I fix this?
