Preparing an envelope for another person to send

I have a workflow requirement where a small group (Team A) must prepare agreements for others on Team B to send at a time of the B Team member’s choosing. The preparers are the wizards behind the curtain, and the signers must see the envelopes originating from a B Team member. I’m familiar with custody transfer rules, but since this is a one-to-many relationship (one preparer, many possible senders) I don’t see how custody transfer rules are a possibility. These agreements are unique and won’t be using templates, so template-based rules are not an option. And the fact that the A Team member won’t know when the envelope should be sent really closes the door.So I think I’m down to two possibilities. The obvious one is Shared Access with sending rights. I know how this works but it might be too much to ask of the A Team. And B Team members might chafe at that level of access to their accounts. The option I prefer is only available to administrators: transferring ownership of the envelope.

First time user - can't sign my document

I’m a first-time user and I have no idea what to do. I applied for a university and its admissions office sent a document for me to sign using Docusign through my email, but after I click “Review Documents” I don’t know what to do from there. I clicked a link that was sent along with the email on “How to sign a document” and it said that I should click “Continue” on the top right corner beside “Other Actions”, but the problem is instead of “Continue” I can only see “Close” beside it. I thought making an account would help me see the “Continue” button, but it’s still the same despite that. What should I do? It’s been around 3 days since I got my email and I don’t want to miss my chance to get into this university.

Feedback on Language Options for Business Users on the Japanese Website

I’m currently evaluating this platform to see if it fits my business needs, but the language limitations on the Japanese site have created a somewhat negative experience. As my business is conducted in English, navigating the main site in Japanese has posed some challenges. While Google Translate is an option, it’s not ideal for a professional assessment where ease of use and accessibility are critical factors. I appreciate that there is an English option on the support site, which has been helpful, but this functionality doesn’t extend to the main site. This inconsistency can create frustration, especially in an assessment phase, where I’m looking to gauge the platform’s usability for my business. I believe implementing an English language selection on the main site, similar to the support section, could help users like myself make a more accurate evaluation of the platform’s suitability. How can a 3rd-party auditor verify DocuSign-signed documents printed on paper?

Is it possible for a 3rd-party to simply verify the authenticity/legitimacy of the DocuSign-signed documents by looking up the "Envelop ID" or other alphanumerical identifiers that appear on the printed document?Can an auditor go to a website or a DocuSign portal to type-in the alphanumerical "Envelop ID" or other identifiers that appear below the DocuSign signatures to see that these are indeed real? The auditor simply wants to select some random samples to check and make sure that the printed pages of the PDFs are not some elaborate graphic creations by an artist.

Research if there is a different approach besides using DocuSign Monitor (additional cost) for an Admin to receive a notification/ pull a report when a user(s) and recipient(s) have the same IP addresses.

Besides using DocuSign Monitor, as an Admin, would there be a way to pull a report or get notification once a user(s) and recipient(s) have the same IP addresses.

You took my money but didn’t explain why or what it was for. I have submitted ticket after ticket and no repsonse. you customer service is non existent. What is the purpose of contacting you if you never respond or return messages no phone number no email just a form box that at certain times does not even let you submit a questions your company is horrible

Unable to complete "correct" action

I am the owner of the envelope and I cannot correct the envelope. I mistyped the email of the second signer. The second party already signed so it would look very unprofessional if I need to ask for resign. Envelope id:removed due to personal information See attachment. When “correct” is clicked, this error appears: “Unable to access the envelope.”Why? Please help.

Cannot submit support case

This is an urgent inquiry inside of an even more urgent problem: I am trying to open a support case because my account is suspended and I don’t know why. It isn’t a payment issue. However, I can’t even request to open a support case because every time I try to fill out the summary field, it gives me the error shown in the screenshot below.What I’ve tried:Typing in the summary manually Copying and pasting the summary from a plain text editor Using 3 different browsers Attempting with and without a VPN (using an IP address within the US) Typing in all lowercase Clearing my cache Restarting my browser Restarting my computerNothing I do allows me to submit a valid entry to this field, and since it is a required field, I cannot open a case without it.Has anyone else experienced this?

Resend envelope to 1 person out of 4 who has already signed

I have an envelope that was sent to 4 people for signing in a specific order. The first person signed. The second person signed but has since told me they made a mistake on one of the radio buttons. Can I resend it to just that second person? When I go into the Correction screen to resend, it looks like it is only going to send it to the people who have not signed yet.

Customer Service Number ???

Is there a phone number available for me to call to discuss a billing matter? And where can I find said number, I’ve navigated your entire website and have not been able to locate it. For a company as sizable as yours this should not be an issue. And I should be able to speak with a customer rep at a moment's notice and not take 45mins trying to locate a number to call.

Unable to hide envelope ID from document.

Hi Team,I am currently using a developer account (https://apps-d.docusign.com/) to test docusign integration using REST API: POST- https://{ServiceDomain}/restapi/{Version}/accounts/{AccountId}/envelopes to create envelope. My requirement is to hide the envelope ID from document.I am passing envelopeIdStamping== false in request JSON but It is not working.If I go to Sending settings in https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/sending-settings, then the options are greyed out. I saw multiple support article on this issue and found “To include the Envelope ID on documents, the feature must be enabled by your Docusign administrator in the account Sending Settings.But not sure how to do it. 5 Sends in 30 days but starting over for the month WHEN?

Where in my account can I find out when the next date occurs that I can send an envelope? I am on the most basic of sending 5 envelopes a month. But not the beginning of the month. Where do I find out what my window of time or billing date is? I pay annually so don’t see a monthly notification or I’d deduct the date.Thanks for ANY help. I was embarrassed with a customer this morning when I couldn’t tell them WHEN they’d be receiving their contract.
