Thank you for reaching out to us in Docusign Community! I understand that one of your users is unable to select a signature type because the dropdown list appears blank when sending an envelope.
This issue may occur if the user’s account permissions or signing settings are not fully configured, or if the browser is caching outdated session data.
To help resolve this, please try the following steps:
1. Clear cache and cookies or open DocuSign in an incognito/private window, then try again.
2. Ensure the user has the correct sending permissions and that the Electronic and Digital Signature options are enabled for the account or template.
3. If your organization uses Identity Verification (IDV) or Advanced Signature types, verify that these options are configured under Settings > Signing and Sending > Signature Providers in the Admin Console.
4. If the issue persists, please have the user capture a screenshot of the blank dropdown and confirm whether it occurs for all envelopes or only specific templates. This will help us further investigate.
