Can't reach support! Help! Need phone number or email that works. I have a completed document I can't access and have no idea who Robert Connor on 9/8/2025 is.

I have a completed docusign PDFI have no idea who it is from or what it is about and I can't access the envelope. Need to make sure no one is trying to use my account to sign documents

You can try locating the completed document and its Certificate of Completion through your email or within your Docusign account. This certificate provides details such as when, how, and the IP address used, and would help verify the document's authenticity.
