If we currently subscribe to IDV and have this feature enabled on some of our accounts, will this automatically transfer to the new offering by IDVerse?

It would depend on how the new account is going to be created. 

Clone an Existing Account allows you to have the same features on the account while Creating a New Account allows you to select features that needs to be enabled on the account.

Hi ​@ASME4000 - it depends if your account(s) are based in New Zealand or Australia.

The transition to IDVerse® will only happen for customers with the correct permissions (i.e. have ID Verification or ID Verification Premier enabled on their account) and are based in these countries.

Accounts in all other countries will continue leveraging Onfido.
