I would like to ask for some guidance or assistance on the below.

We bought E-signature Standard Licenses for 90 users. The usage shows we are within limit. But users are getting this Envelope Allowance exceeded error.

I know the envelopes are shared across our plan so we should not be receiving this error.

We have already opened a case to DocuSign support but it’s more than 20 days and we still don’t get any resolution.

Any help would be appreciated.

Docusign Support should never wait 20 days to respond. If you send me a private message with the case number, I will have a look and check in with the assigned colleague to ensure you get a reply.
