Unable to prepare envelope due to missing scroll bar beside the document.

Please refer to the attached screenshot.

The red circled indicates where the original scroll bar was.

When you click on the scroll bar to move down the document, the standard fields on the right hand side will stay so you can drag the relevant to the document. Since last week, it suddenly went missing. I have logged a ticket with the Docusign Engineering team yesterday to resolve this bug and I have not heard anything yet. 

This is business critical as I cannot fulfill my daily work functions. Anyone encountered this before? Or how can I escalate this further? Thank you.

The issue seems to be regarding with BUG NDSESEND-13037- Missing Scroll Bar.

Our engineering team were able to find a resolution for the issue and the preliminary testing has revealed that the problem appears to have been resolved.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused and rest assured that the issue has been fixed.

We are having this same issue, we have tried everything including updating chrome, stopping VPN, clearing cache/files/browsing data. Nothing has worked. We have filed a ticket also.

I have a user at my company who is experiencing the same issue, I believe. The entire webpage is scrolling down as opposed to just the middle part where the document pages are, so the signing tools are unusable. Just submitted a ticket to support.

you can still select and drop signatures, dates and other fields on a one by one basis (unfortunately); once selected your signature, date or other field you have to drag it all the way to where to drop and then you have to return to the top of that document (or set of documents if an envelop with multiple docs) and start all over for the following signature, date or other field; very timeconsuming and a headache for people using DS on a daily basis.

 

In addition, in my DS, not only the scroll bar is missing but also the miniatures (the second page of the document included for signing and further) in the right side bar do not load. Maybe not related to the missing scroll bar but maybe good to mention.

Thank you for all the replies. Miraculously, the scroll bar came back this morning and my Docusign is working normal again.
