Hi, we have added a document and when we go to add merge fields we get a, ‘Attempt to de-reference a null object’.  The message disappears and then we can add merge fields. We then go to add the merge fields fields into the document and receive a ‘Save Error: Some Fields may be out of Sync Error’. We have disconnected as suggested in related articles but that did not solve the issue. Any other suggestions?Thanks

Hello, with the new Docusign security setting in Salesforce, I disconnected and reconnected the organisation to Docusign, and since then I have been experiencing a problem.When the user reconnects to Docusign via Salesforce CPQ, they receive an error message indicating that the URL does not exist. They wait 10 minutes and then they can generate their document without any problems.I made a Salesforce query that shows me the URL stored in my flow, which is different from the URL in the error message.My flow calls the following URL:URLFOR(“/apex/dfsle__gendocumentgenerator”.  The URL in the error message contains  apex/dfsle__CompleteSpringOAuthHave you encountered this problem? Do I need to change my URL in my flow?waiting

Hi, I’m trying to get those fields to place using anchor tags but they come up tiny and not really aligned, am I doing something wrong? 

Can anybody tell me why this doesn’t work?I have configured the below in the Envelope Template within Salesforce.  We use Microsoft Word documents to create the Gen Templates.I’ve set the PO Number text box to ‘required’ so that if the picklist is ‘Yes’ then the PO Number should be visible and is mandatory for the signatory to populate. Thanks 

Our client is utilizing DocuSign Apps Launcher, and using DocuSign Envelope Templates to tag Documents for Clients to fill out.  Some of the information they would like to have pre-populated from Salesforce, so we added the Merge Fields.The settings for the Merge Fields are to not write back to Salesforce, yet any updates made on the documents are writing back to the identified merged field in Salesforce.How can we stop the updates from coming back into Salesforce?  We need the forms to populate with the information known, but if it’s not in Salesforce, and is added after the document has been generated, we do not want those updates going back into Salesforce.

Hi all,I am getting the following error in one of my Salesforce sandboxes, not in others. The error is from a Docusign log, the actual page when I try to access DAL, Gen Templates, or sending a Docusign from a button is blank page with a loading wheel.Failed to complete product setup. dfsle.APIException: [401] Unauthorized Reference ID: (dfsle)I have tried the suggestions in this article however to no luck. Could anyone share any guidance on how to resolve this?Many thanks!Molly

We are encountering a MIXED_DML_OPERATION error after upgrading our DocuSign App Launcher package to version 7.9.2. The error occurs when our Integration User, who has 'DocuSign DS Admin' permissions, attempts to add a new user to the DocuSign setup within Salesforce.Interestingly, this issue does not occur in our sandbox environment, which has been upgraded to the same package version.We raised a support ticket with DocuSign, and they directed us to their knowledge base article on this specific error - https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/DAL-Error-MIXED-DML-OPERATION-DML-operation-on-setup-object-is-not-permitted-after-you-have-updated-a-non-setup-object?language=en_US. A debug log captured during the action revealed that an update to the User object (a setup object) and an insert into the dfsle__ProductRoleSettings__c object (a non-setup object) are being performed in the same transaction. Hi all,I have Docusign integrated with my salesforce org and it works great, except that sometimes I get the following error when an opportunity opens.Uncaught Error in $A.getCallback() [stringUtils is not defined] Callback failed: apex://dfsle.StatusController/ACTION$getStatusI have already updated Docusign, but I still see this error from time to time.Please, could someone give me a hint? what could be happening?Thanks for your help.

When I tried to click on the Generate Document, I got this error ‘List has no rows for assignment to SObject An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (dfsle) User is already a Content user.. Any advice is greatly appreciated 

I am getting the following error in SF when attempting to save a template from DocuGenUnexpected character ('<' (code 60)): expected a valid value (number, String, array, object, 'true', 'false' or 'null') at input location [1,2] I have tried a very simple template with just some text and a Text field and I receive this error when I click on the Next button to save the template. Anyone have this issue and how can it be resolved?Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

As recommended in the error message, I have already updated the Salesforce domain under My Domain Settings.However, the issue persists. Hello everyone! I know how to set an expiration date within the DocuSign template or sending process. However, for our business case we need a way to set an exact time. I.e. the offer should not be valid for several days but in most cases only today until x pm. Is it possible to set an exact expiry time?I'd like to create an integration between Salesforce and Docusign to send expiration date and time information.I would create a custom field in Salesforce for the Docusign Envelope object and then populate it with the values, send it to Docusign, receive it via a custom field, and send the document with an expiration date and time.Does this make sense? Is it possible?If not, what other approach can I take?Today, just the date doesn't make sense for my client.Thank you,Arthur

We're seeing following the update/upgrade instructions on our DocuSign Connect Salesforce integration. Specifically, when we attempt to update our sandbox from 6.3 to 6.4.5, I'm seeing an error messagePermissionSet(DocuSign_Administrator) The SigningCertificate parameter value doesn't exist or you may not have permission to access it." (screenshot attached). I’m not sure what to make of this, and because the managed package’s code is not accessible I can’t really tell where it’s expecting to find SigningCertificate. Separately, I created an account with DocuSign (as matthew.****@*****.com) but when I click Get Support → Contact Support on the website, I’m only shown this error,If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios,  contact Docusign Support  for assistance. (It’s been several business days) 

Hello,  I have created a Envelope Custom Field on docusign template and wanted to map that field with salesforce record field. When I try to send a Envelope by using that template on salesforce, I want to use that custom field on subject for customising each recipient.  Thanks,Sharath Reddy 

I created various Docusign Envelope Templates with merge fields, custom email messages, etc. Initially I was using the custom buttons that were created when I created the envelopes to send the documents, but the requirements have changed, and we want to use the single Send with Docusign button. The Send with Docusign button allows me to choose the template, but it isn’t using the correct email subject and message and it doesn’t include all of the merge fields I have added. When I select the template, it shows that i am selecting that one that I just modified, but it is not correct. What am I missing?

Hi,In Salesforce, I have built a Flow which has an invocable action that creates a document via a visualforce page. Once the pdf has been created an attached to my record, the flow uses the DocuSign Send Envelope flow action, which references an Envelope Template, which is configured to pull the most recent document for the record in question (which is going to be our newly created pdf file).The issue we are having is that the signature anchor tags are not rendering when we go to sign the docusign envelope.Does anyone have any practical experience or knowledge for best practice in relation to getting anchor tags to work for a pdf generated via a Visualforce page?

Hello,  I want to hide the left panel higlighted in the below image(screenshot 1) and I dont want user to drag signature field and then sign...instead I want the user to directly click on Sign as indicated in second document(Screenshot 2). Is there any way we can do this? Hey there, We are wondering if there is a way in the DocuSign/Salesforce integration to populate dynamic tables with opportunity products and payment info WITHOUT the DocuSign Gen product. Or is DocuSign Gen the only way this is possible? Thank you!

In Docusign Envelope, we can pass the anchor tag in rows in sequence from 1 to N.\buildinglimit1_1, \buildinglimit1_2,\buildinglimit1_3,…..\buildinglimit1_NOn what sorting order, Docusign envelope decide to show the records to the signer. Is it based on record's createddate or any other field?

When try to edit templates in salesforce, it messes up alignment and everything. What would be the reason? or What would cause this issue? 

Using eSignature for SalesForce latest version we receive the following in the DocuSign Files section:Docusign Negotiate is not configured for your account.I do have DocuSign Document Negotiator permissions.

We need to send some envelopes with ICP-Brasil digital certificates. However, this must be done through the Docusign Apps Launcher (Salesforce). Is this feature available? If not, is there another way to do this?

Hi all,We are actively using DocuSign and have an issue using Generate Agreement with Docusign action in flow. We need to generate a document using Gen Template, since we need to dynamically populate a table with the child object records information, and then send it using Envelope Template in the background when record status is changed. That's why we use flow and actions. We did it as described in the documentation: https://docusign.my.site.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=izj1586134369853&topicId=fvj1713565839079.html&_LANG=enus, but it's not working, nothing happened. The Send With DocuSign action on the other side is working fine and sends an envelope. What can be the reason for this issue? Maybe we missed some configuration on template or something like that?
