I’m not sure what to make of this, and because the managed package’s code is not accessible I can’t really tell where it’s expecting to find SigningCertificate.
Separately, I created an account with DocuSign (as matthew.****@*****.com) but when I click Get Support → Contact Support on the website, I’m only shown this error,

Hi @matthewpoeravoxi - thanks for reaching out and a warm welcome to the Docusign Community! 😊
📌Please note that the Salesforce permission of the user running the upgrade should be a System Administrator with at least the permissions to Download AppExchange Packages, Customize the Application, and Modify All Data.
As for the issue you encountered with case creation, please try to clear your browser's cache, use another browser or device, and try again. If this does not resolve your issue, the following workaround can be used to open a support case:
Go here: Get Support. Do not log in to Docusign. Use the bottom part of the page under More support options > I can't access my account > Other Issues. Provide a complete description of the issue.

No @Melanie.Panguito , Thank you for your response and follow-up.
Unfortunately those notes around the Docusign Apps Launcher weren’t helpful for our issue regarding the DocuSign Connect Salesforce integration. I believe that’s a different product or feature unrelated to what we were dealing with.
After further internal review, our users were not making frequent use of the Salesforce integration so our quickest path was to simply remove it from our Salesforce org.
With that being the case, I didn’t attempt to fix my access the support portal.
