I am creating case in workflow so that each time signatures done by all parties, it automatically create case. But i want to know, How to get Salesforce fields and its value in SpringCM? The case which i am going to create have lookup fields(Account, Contact).The step which i have used is "Add Salesforce Task".Kindly Help, its UrgentThanks

Hi All, I see that when sending a DocuSign that you can select from Salesforce Files to send it. However, I'm not seeing any option to attach the completed document to Salesforce Files instead of Notes and Attachments. I'm exploring moving from Notes and Attachments to Files, but having Docusign attach the completed document is a very important business case. Am I missing something?

This is integration with Salesforce.I have a use case where the contract generated will be sent to Party A - Contact record in Salesforce - signs the documentsParty B - Company director - who doesn't have a record in Salesforce - should sign the document as well.Party C - Company Secretary - who doesn't have a record in Salesforce - should sign the document as well.I know of the forwarding feature, however can we configure something like this within docusign ? Appreciate your help.

Salesforce for DocuSign. I am migrating a company from one Salesforce Org to another. I need the DocuSign users to be able to see the templates in DocuSign in the new Salesforce Org. I set the Users up in the new Salesforce Org, and they can see the templates if I make them administrators in DocuSign, but I don't want to do that. Thanks

Hi team, We are looking for docusign as potential solution and working on proof of concept but not able to find an answers for below. can we assign diffrent default templates on the basis of specific conditions. For example we have custom pick list field and for all pick list values we have diffrent templates. If opportunity is selected with specific value then associated template should appear as selected.Can we set default recipient on the basis of contact role? For example all contact role with primary role should be marked as recipients we have certain statements and checkboxes on document. This statements should be only visible and checkbox should be only check when certain criteria is meeting in Salesforce. if above scenarios are possible then can you please provide some documentation around it.  Thanks

Hi I just have one template set up in DocuSign and want to use the same to send out each time when I send out the document to my leads using Docusign for salesforce. Is there a way to default the template? Thanks
