I understand your concern about not seeing any results in the dropdown "Select Related List" when you select a contact from the related list of a Custom Object. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Rest assured, I am committed to making every effort to assist you with this.

Looking at the screenshot attached, it seems that there is no entered search for any related list. I have attached a screenshot from my end, for example.

However, to share, in DAL right now we only support Contacts, Leads, Users, OpportunityContactRoles, CaseContactRoles as related list types. "And we have an enhancement request that could be related to your query. We are tracking it as: 

Enhancement: DFS-14952
Title: "User is seeking the ability to create and use custom related lists with DocuSign Envelope Templates to add as recipients to envelopes"

As of now, the status of the enhancement request remains Open. Please note that enhancement requests may take time to be reviewed by our product development team. While you won’t be able to track the status of the request directly in the DocuSign support center like you can with bugs, you can reach out to DocuSign support using the Enhancement ticket number for specific updates. Once the enhancement is released, it will be documented in the product release notes. You can find all DocuSign Release Notes here.

Moreover, you have the option to submit an enhancement request through the Ideas platform. This is the most effective way to ensure your suggestion is visible to both Docusign and the entire Docusign Community. When you submit an enhancement request this way, you can check on the status of your request at any time, and other users can upvote your request. Docusign uses this upvote data to prioritize enhancement requests and work on updates that have the greatest impact to our customers.
