We are encountering the following error when attempting to log in to DocuSign through the DocuSign App Launcher in Salesforce:Line 621, Column 1: {"detail":"Go to \"My Domain Settings\" in Salesforce to do that. <a href=\"https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.externalidentityImplGuide.meta/externalidentityImplGuide/external_identity_set_up_my_domain.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Learn more</a>","message":"You need to set up a custom domain before logging in to DocuSign."} This is occurring in a demo account while following the steps provided in DocuSign University. As recommended in the error message, I have already updated the Salesforce domain under My Domain Settings.However, the issue persists. Hello everyone! I know how to set an expiration date within the DocuSign template or sending process. However, for our business case we need a way to set an exact time. I.e. the offer should not be valid for several days but in most cases only today until x pm. Is it possible to set an exact expiry time?I'd like to create an integration between Salesforce and Docusign to send expiration date and time information.I would create a custom field in Salesforce for the Docusign Envelope object and then populate it with the values, send it to Docusign, receive it via a custom field, and send the document with an expiration date and time.Does this make sense? Is it possible?If not, what other approach can I take?Today, just the date doesn't make sense for my client.Thank you,Arthur

We're seeing following the update/upgrade instructions on our DocuSign Connect Salesforce integration. Specifically, when we attempt to update our sandbox from 6.3 to 6.4.5, I'm seeing an error messagePermissionSet(DocuSign_Administrator) The SigningCertificate parameter value doesn't exist or you may not have permission to access it." (screenshot attached). I’m not sure what to make of this, and because the managed package’s code is not accessible I can’t really tell where it’s expecting to find SigningCertificate. 

Hello,  I have created a Envelope Custom Field on docusign template and wanted to map that field with salesforce record field. When I try to send a Envelope by using that template on salesforce, I want to use that custom field on subject for customising each recipient.  Thanks,Sharath Reddy 

I created various Docusign Envelope Templates with merge fields, custom email messages, etc. Initially I was using the custom buttons that were created when I created the envelopes to send the documents, but the requirements have changed, and we want to use the single Send with Docusign button. The Send with Docusign button allows me to choose the template, but it isn’t using the correct email subject and message and it doesn’t include all of the merge fields I have added. When I select the template, it shows that i am selecting that one that I just modified, but it is not correct. What am I missing?

Hi,In Salesforce, I have built a Flow which has an invocable action that creates a document via a visualforce page. Once the pdf has been created an attached to my record, the flow uses the DocuSign Send Envelope flow action, which references an Envelope Template, which is configured to pull the most recent document for the record in question (which is going to be our newly created pdf file).The issue we are having is that the signature anchor tags are not rendering when we go to sign the docusign envelope.Does anyone have any practical experience or knowledge for best practice in relation to getting anchor tags to work for a pdf generated via a Visualforce page?

Hello,  I want to hide the left panel higlighted in the below image(screenshot 1) and I dont want user to drag signature field and then sign...instead I want the user to directly click on Sign as indicated in second document(Screenshot 2). Is there any way we can do this? Hey there, We are wondering if there is a way in the DocuSign/Salesforce integration to populate dynamic tables with opportunity products and payment info WITHOUT the DocuSign Gen product. Or is DocuSign Gen the only way this is possible? Thank you!

In Docusign Envelope, we can pass the anchor tag in rows in sequence from 1 to N.\buildinglimit1_1, \buildinglimit1_2,\buildinglimit1_3,…..\buildinglimit1_NOn what sorting order, Docusign envelope decide to show the records to the signer. Is it based on record's createddate or any other field?

When try to edit templates in salesforce, it messes up alignment and everything. What would be the reason? or What would cause this issue? 

Using eSignature for SalesForce latest version we receive the following in the DocuSign Files section:Docusign Negotiate is not configured for your account.I do have DocuSign Document Negotiator permissions.

We need to send some envelopes with ICP-Brasil digital certificates. However, this must be done through the Docusign Apps Launcher (Salesforce). Is this feature available? If not, is there another way to do this?

Hi all,We are actively using DocuSign and have an issue using Generate Agreement with Docusign action in flow. We need to generate a document using Gen Template, since we need to dynamically populate a table with the child object records information, and then send it using Envelope Template in the background when record status is changed. That's why we use flow and actions. We have 2 users in Salesforce with DocuSign license assigned to them in Salesforce. One person (A) generates and sends the document while other person (B) tracks and takes care of invoices once its signed. She also acts as a backup when other person goes on PTO.In DocuSign website, I have enabled sharing so the envelopes created by one user will be accessible to others.In Salesforce Quote template detail page, when person A uses the View Envelope menu of DocuSign Envelope Status component it opens up the Contract Document (Expected behavior). But when person B does the same, it opens the DocuSign Website within a iframe. We are encountering the error "You must have Docusign administrator permissions to perform this operation" when attempting to open the Docusign Apps Launcher in our Salesforce sandbox environment.We have administrator access in our Docusign demo/sandbox account, but the error persists.Could you assist with this issue or direct us to the appropriate support contact? 

From poking around a bit, I have come to an understanding that DAL does not support using checkbox fields from Salesforce as merge/writeback fields. Is this true? If so, this seems like a major oversight, especially considering the fact that something like this was possible with the Legacy Docusign integration.We use a number of checkbox fields that we would like to merge/writeback via Docusign contracts, but it seems like there are no solutions other than “change to picklists” i.e. change our entire data model. Has anyone found a workaround? Are there any plans to implement checkbox merge fields?

Hi All,We are currently implementing Docusign for Salesforce using the Docusign App Launcher.  Right now we have got it setup in Salesforce developer sandbox, connected to a Docusign developer/demo account.  We are specifically using Document Generation / Gen and eSignature.We have setup a dedicated integration as per the Make a Standard Salesforce User Your Integration User article, which appears to work well for eSignature and we have no issues at all.     However, we have encountered a challenge with Document Generation / Gen resulting in an error:Unable to create ContentDocumentLink for ContentDocumentId: 069S900000DzdJXXXX and SfObjectId: 500S900000IkmXXXX.T

My org uses Docusign Gen for Salesforce to generate contracts and send them for esignature. Most of these contracts originate from the “Contract” object in Salesforce, but the documents themselves can vary greatly depending on the details of the contract in question. Our current solution has been to upload many, many different formatted Word docs into the same Docusign Gen Template. This way, there’s only a single button on the record page, and the end user is able to select which specific template(s) to use. I am building a DocuSign envelope template inside Salesforce using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL). I have the following two questions, please: I am adding many merge fields associated with Lead object, and one of these fields is Social Insurance Number. Based on best security practices, this field is enabled with the 'Hide text with asterisks' feature. The writeback is enabled for this field. But when the envelope is signed, the associated field on the Salesforce lead record is not updated. Is this a limit with DocuSign, or is there something wrong? For a specific merge field, I don’t want the field value to be pre-populated from the associated Salesforce field when the envelope is opened, but I want it to be written back to the Salesforce record. Is this possible?

We have our Docusign account linked to our CRM, which allows us to send envelopes through our CRM portal. I usually receive the email notification that a Docusign envelope is available to sign. When I click to review the document, I get an error message that says:“Envelope or Account Activation Not FoundThe envelope is not accessible at this time. The envelope may have been recalled by the sender or require additional processing. “I will also get a notification through my Docusign mobile app. When I go to sign the document, I am able to view the doc but the fields are not available and I am unable to sign. Is there a setting that needs to be toggled in order for this to come through? 

DS eSignature legacyI need to create a DS custom field, related to Salesforce.In DS Admin, I go to the menu 'Document Custom Fields' for a Field Creation.I check ‘relate to Salesforce', choose first the object, and then look for my field.But my SF field does not appear in the list, and I do not know why ! In SF, the field has good Field accessibility (I have checked accessibility/visibility for my user profile). Our org uses Docusign for eSignature and Doc Gen natively in Salesforce via the Docusign Apps Launcher v6.12. I'm attempting to modify an existing Gen Template. Specifically, I want to swap out the current Word .doc being used with a newer version. I can add the new Word doc via the "Upload Documents" stage of the process, but removing the old doc is throwing an error: "File failed to delete.
