We need to send some envelopes with ICP-Brasil digital certificates. However, this must be done through the Docusign Apps Launcher (Salesforce). Is this feature available? If not, is there another way to do this?

Hi all,We are actively using DocuSign and have an issue using Generate Agreement with Docusign action in flow. We need to generate a document using Gen Template, since we need to dynamically populate a table with the child object records information, and then send it using Envelope Template in the background when record status is changed. That's why we use flow and actions. We did it as described in the documentation: https://docusign.my.site.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=izj1586134369853&topicId=fvj1713565839079.html&_LANG=enus, but it's not working, nothing happened. We have 2 users in Salesforce with DocuSign license assigned to them in Salesforce. One person (A) generates and sends the document while other person (B) tracks and takes care of invoices once its signed. She also acts as a backup when other person goes on PTO.In DocuSign website, I have enabled sharing so the envelopes created by one user will be accessible to others.In Salesforce Quote template detail page, when person A uses the View Envelope menu of DocuSign Envelope Status component it opens up the Contract Document (Expected behavior). But when person B does the same, it opens the DocuSign Website within a iframe. We are encountering the error "You must have Docusign administrator permissions to perform this operation" when attempting to open the Docusign Apps Launcher in our Salesforce sandbox environment.We have administrator access in our Docusign demo/sandbox account, but the error persists.Could you assist with this issue or direct us to the appropriate support contact? 

From poking around a bit, I have come to an understanding that DAL does not support using checkbox fields from Salesforce as merge/writeback fields. Is this true? If so, this seems like a major oversight, especially considering the fact that something like this was possible with the Legacy Docusign integration.We use a number of checkbox fields that we would like to merge/writeback via Docusign contracts, but it seems like there are no solutions other than “change to picklists” i.e. change our entire data model. Has anyone found a workaround? Are there any plans to implement checkbox merge fields?

Hi All,We are currently implementing Docusign for Salesforce using the Docusign App Launcher.  Right now we have got it setup in Salesforce developer sandbox, connected to a Docusign developer/demo account.  We are specifically using Document Generation / Gen and eSignature.We have setup a dedicated integration as per the Make a Standard Salesforce User Your Integration User article, which appears to work well for eSignature and we have no issues at all.     However, we have encountered a challenge with Document Generation / Gen resulting in an error:Unable to create ContentDocumentLink for ContentDocumentId: 069S900000DzdJXXXX and SfObjectId: 500S900000IkmXXXX.T

My org uses Docusign Gen for Salesforce to generate contracts and send them for esignature. Most of these contracts originate from the “Contract” object in Salesforce, but the documents themselves can vary greatly depending on the details of the contract in question. Our current solution has been to upload many, many different formatted Word docs into the same Docusign Gen Template. This way, there’s only a single button on the record page, and the end user is able to select which specific template(s) to use. I am building a DocuSign envelope template inside Salesforce using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL). I have the following two questions, please: I am adding many merge fields associated with Lead object, and one of these fields is Social Insurance Number. Based on best security practices, this field is enabled with the 'Hide text with asterisks' feature. The writeback is enabled for this field. But when the envelope is signed, the associated field on the Salesforce lead record is not updated. Is this a limit with DocuSign, or is there something wrong? For a specific merge field, I don’t want the field value to be pre-populated from the associated Salesforce field when the envelope is opened, but I want it to be written back to the Salesforce record. Is this possible?

We have our Docusign account linked to our CRM, which allows us to send envelopes through our CRM portal. I usually receive the email notification that a Docusign envelope is available to sign. When I click to review the document, I get an error message that says:“Envelope or Account Activation Not FoundThe envelope is not accessible at this time. The envelope may have been recalled by the sender or require additional processing. “I will also get a notification through my Docusign mobile app. When I go to sign the document, I am able to view the doc but the fields are not available and I am unable to sign. Is there a setting that needs to be toggled in order for this to come through? 

DS eSignature legacyI need to create a DS custom field, related to Salesforce.In DS Admin, I go to the menu 'Document Custom Fields' for a Field Creation.I check ‘relate to Salesforce', choose first the object, and then look for my field.But my SF field does not appear in the list, and I do not know why ! In SF, the field has good Field accessibility (I have checked accessibility/visibility for my user profile). Our org uses Docusign for eSignature and Doc Gen natively in Salesforce via the Docusign Apps Launcher v6.12. I'm attempting to modify an existing Gen Template. Specifically, I want to swap out the current Word .doc being used with a newer version. I can add the new Word doc via the "Upload Documents" stage of the process, but removing the old doc is throwing an error: "File failed to delete. Everything looked to be going OK, except whenever i put a merge field on my document I got an ‘unable to connect to service’ message. I found a post that said disconnect and reconnect the docusign account which I did but it made no difference. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the package from the AppExchange. It claims to be installed successfully but I now just get a grey screen on the DocuSign setup tab and a ‘refused to connect’ message.Any thoughts on how I can fix this please.

Hello I am using Docusign eSignature and DocGen. We have the Docusign enterprise pro for salesforce plan. Is it possible to group two checkboxes created in the Document Custom Fields section? I have created these and inserted them into the template but they act independently of each other. I need the person filling out the form to check either one option or the other, but not be able to select both. Also, I am having an issue when inserting a custom field for Title that the end user should fill in as it does not line up with where the tag is placed on the template. It seems that anytime I insert a field that the end-user has the ability to write-in, they are not aligned properly and require manual intervention. 

Hey!I have users trying to send out of Salesforce but keep getting this error - however, as an admin, I can send without the error populating. We’re using docusign esignature for CPQ v2.2 if that matters - Anyone ever seen this?

Hi I am unabe to create merge field in Docusign Salesfroce. Getting Error : This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields.FYI : I have a eSignatureBusiness pro plan.Also unable to get the correct link to log a case for this issue.

We are configuring a Docusign Demo\UAT CLM Account to be integrated with a Salesforce Sandbox Organization.The issue we are having is that after we have successfully gone through the 2 steps of logging into Salesforce using our Salesforce integration user & also logging into Docusign using our Docusign integration user. When we go to map a Salesforce object via the DAL. The process just spins & it never completes. I’m not able to preview the document. Getting “Could not generate document "2_FR_Conditions generales_WORD": [103] Please ensure user has access to all the fields in template. Reference ID: 0dc6a27f-b376-4f6e-ba76-8f3c10def389” but in this template I’m only using one field and I have the access as well but still getting this error.

We have use RLM (Revenue Cloud) and for revenue cloud quote object need to enable docusign, so can i enable docusign for quote object without requiring docusign app launcher app. if yes can you pls guide me and provide steps.
