When I tried to click on the Generate Document, I got this error ‘

List has no rows for assignment to SObject

 

An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (dfsle)

 

User is already a Content user.. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Are you using a custom button created using the DocuSign Envelope Template in DocuSign App Launcher? 

If so, it's possible that the linked DocuSign Envelope Template was deleted or not shared with the affected user.

Take the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. In Salesforce, go to Setup > Sharing Settings, and confirm the DocuSign Envelope Template object is set to Public Read/Write in Default Internal Access.
  2. If the linked DocuSign Envelope Template of the Custom button does not exist, follow the instructions to create a new DocuSign Envelope Template to add a new Custom Button.
