I'm a Salesforce Admin, I implemented DocuSign in SF, and users can generate documents and send them to their clients. There's a specific Salesforce user that is receiving this error message: "The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org."In Salesforce, I checked the User Management section in the DocuSign Setup, and his user looks good (Status=Active)Also, I checked in the DocuSign account (https://admin.docusign.com/users) and he's also showing up here with Status=Active.Any advice on how to fix this error so this user can generate documents in Salesforce?Thanks!

Hi,I am not able to find Related with Salesforce checkbox on Docusign Custom fields or custom tags in salesforce org, i am using business pro trial org. Can anyone help here?

I’m using Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration and would like to see if there is a way to add a Text box so that the signer can add a response during the signing process. To my knowledge with the Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration it has to use tags and I’m not sure if there is one to have a text box.

In Docusign connect with Salesforce we use specific user which is system admin in salesforce , we want to switch it to Integration user with Integration license .  We created the Integration User in Salesforce with Integration license then went to Docusign->Admin-> Connect->Edit Salesforce Connect-> Reconfigure login-> Salesforce Environment: Test, Salesforce SOAP Web Services API Version: 39, Salesforce Login Method: We put Username , password & security token of Integration user and click on connect, we get an error popup "An error occurred while updating the connect configuration" So We want to ask can we use integration user instead of System admin user? If yes why we getting the error as aforementioned, any additional steps needed to be followed before making the change?

Hi Everyone - Long time lurker - first time poster. We have OLDer, retired packages that seemed to have bit the dust this week - We have docusign for esignature and docusign for Salesforce CPQ (Retired) - We have about 80 CPQ quote templates and recently, users are getting an infinite screen load when clicking on “Send with Docusign” from the quote.As a workaround, I’ve removed the “Review before sending” from all quote templates (but i hate this for user experience) - but it works. No one wants to help because packages are retired so I get it - but my question is - for everyone using CPQ and Docusign and had to migrate to DAL (which we do have but we only use for SF billing w/ Doc Gen) - is it possible to build the same button/user experience? Can I use the quote templates I’ve already built? Anyone with any guidance? 

Hi, We have DocGen and have a Dutch and English version of a document and we want the merge fields to merge in with the right translation or right format like currency and date. One of the fields that needs to be merged is a picklist and we translated it in the translation workbench. However, when we select the Dutch Locale it still shows the English translation and not the Dutch.  For some fields (currency or date) you can set the Date Format  But since this is a picklist I cannot.    when I set my user local to Dutch and the Language to Dutch(Nederlands) it works fine. But we don’t want user to have to switch their Locale or Language. It should work via the translation. How can we solve this?

We currently have DocuSign and we also have the Salesforce app installed so that we can send contract directly from within salesforce.  I have a question i am struggling to get answered. I understand there is a 'Fax Documents for Signature' feature - https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=gav1643676262430&topicId=nry1578456314231.html&_LANG=enus But what i need to know is can we use this through the salesforce integration? The documentation points to how to change from email to fax when you are sending the envelope from the website login.  Whereas in salesforce we have a 'Send with Docusign' button, do we have the option to select if we want this to be emailed or faxed? 

Hi, I'm working in Salesforce. I have created a template with DocGen which has the value \s1\ in it. This should be the Anchor text tag to put the signing box in the document. However, when I'm in the singing process, the box doesn't appear when I'm in the “Prepare & Send’ stage. I still see \s1\ in the document. We want to create a dynamic document where we can completely automate the process of signing. So when the document is ready we want to upload it and the signing box should appear with the anchor text.Does somebody now a fix?Thanks in advance!

Hello Community,I hope you all doing well and maybe someone can help me out, because googling, asking coworkers and reading brought no solution. What I try to achieve: I created a Template (docx-Word) for Conga Composer and field all the data fields and integrated a query. After the file is created (now PDF) it should be send via docusign to some contacts.So I took the docx-Word Template, wrote down all the Anchor Tags and placed them via docusign during the creation of a docusign Envelope Template in Salesforce.The problem is now, when I use the button for sending, which I created with docusign, the file which I used to create the Envelope Template is also attached to the Envelope and the created PDF file. When I delete the, so to say, Sourcefile, all the automatically assigned fields in the PDF I like to send out to the customer are deleted. When I dont delete the file or deselect it, its going to send with the Envelope. So instead of one file, the customer recieves two files to sign

Hi, We are using a custom URL For button when when we go to ‘Send Agreement’  after we generate the documents, it asks us to add the signing groups and users individually. We would like to have a certain set of users already added so our end users will follow the correct process. Would also like to add a custom email message. We have this all set up with our current templates in DocuSign Apps Launcher but we are unsure how to get it to work with DocuSign Gen. Any insight? I am wondering if it is possible to group custom document checkbox fields in a DocuGen template using xml. I am creating the individual checkboxes as document custom fields with the autoplace text to insert in the word template and need to be able to group these checkboxes.

I see “Docusign eSignature for Salesforce” listed on salesforce appexchange for 30 USD/User/Month If I already use both Docusign and Salesforce, do I have to pay this 30 USD/User/Month additional to what I already paid?

Hi,Is it possible to trigger events based on a specific recipient signing the envelope (DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce)?Example: Contract goes to two people a) Client b) Sales ManagerUpdate a salesforce field as soon as the client signs, even though the envelope is not complete. I tried with a salesforce record triggered flow to see if there is any update to the DocuSign Recipient Status record. And a decision to check the Routing order and the Status. So that, I can perform my logic to update the field based on the decision outcome.But somehow it does not work. Can anyone please help me on this? Appreciate your support on this. Thanks!

Hi,We are piloting an upgrade of the Docusign eSignature App (Version 7.2.1) to DocuSign Apps Launcher for Salesforce (Version 6.10.2).Behavior with the legacy eSignature app was for the signed documents to be written back to the DocuSign Status object.  It appears that the behavior in DAL is to write the signed documents back to the envelope’s related object (Opportunity, Contact, etc).Is it possible to change this behavior in DAL?  We have a lot of automation/code relying on the documents being attached to the DocuSign Status object that will need to be changed if we can not modify that behavior.

Use Case:We send out “application” forms from our Contact record in Salesforce. The document attached to the envelope is a tagged template, to be completed by the recipient. With Connect we are populating the form fields back into the Contact record in Salesforce, and the completed document is attached to the record as a Content File. We have a custom field on Content File which is used to categorize attachments that is currently maintained manually after the document is attached.  Question:Is it possible to populate the custom field on the Content File record that is created when the envelope documents are attached back into Salesforce?  Where would we set up the custom field value as it would be different for each document we send out for completion. 

I have created Docusign Gen Templates and added a custom button on the Opportunity object. However when I click on it I get this error:List has no rows for assignment to SObjectAn unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (dfsle)Anyone knows what could be wrong?

Hello Docusign/Salesforce integration admins,  We have salesforce/DocuSign integration and i am a salesforce admin in my org. I set up envelope templates via DocuSign Apps Launcher on Salesforce. We have a requirement now to add Access Authentication on the envelope template level and see the available options are SMS/Phone or Access Code as in the attached screenshot   I am looking for a way to make this configuration dynamic by pulling the phone number or access code from a field on the salesforce record, and Docusign sends that code to that client's phone number or email address automatically. Is anybody aware if this is possible or if there is any workaround to do this? I am asking as we are triggering sending the DocuSign envelope immediately based on updating a field on the salesforce record and we don’t like to allow the user to see any configuration or to add documents, specify recipients, and place fields before sending. Thanks.  

Unable to access Docusign App Launcher in salesforce, getting the following error : [401] Reference ID, not able to view/ access Docusign  admin tab.

I need help figuring out how to report on DocuSign Status within Salesforce and filter by the DocuSign template used. Is there a way to do that with a Salesforce custom report? I can’t figure out how to relate the different custom objects created by DocuSign to do this. 

Hello, I have Rich Text fields on Salesforce that I want to show on a DocuSign Envelope template. The text is not showing as expected but appearing as HTML tags.  This link https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-to-use-an-Html-block-from-Salesforce-and-pass-it-into-a-Gen-template?language=en_US talks about using “DocuSign Gen” template. I do not have access to DocuSign Gen templates.  How can I pass rich text on a DocuSign Envelope template?

Can you advise if its possible to have different sender of DocuSign in Salesforce?For example when the DocuSign triggered from: Account, then the sender would be Account@Sender.comContact, then the sender would be Contact@Sender.comI appreciate any input/advice.
