How do I remove the timestamp from my signature and date settings?

I go into settings but it doesn’t give me the option to remove it but just to choose which timestamp I want. I don’t want a timestamp at all.

Populating Discount from Opportunity Product onto Template?

Hello! I am trying to build a quote and order form template using DocuSign Gen for Salesforce. I am running into difficulty finding the standard Discount field on the opportunity product line item in my selection of fields to choose from. Has anyone else ran into this issue? How have you resolved?

Delivery Failure on Envelopes that have a siging group where one member is no longer active.

Just curious as to what other users are seeing. We are experiencing delivery failures on envelopes that are sent to a signing group that may contain an inactive user. The message is valid due to the inactive user, but none of the other recipients receive the notifications and we are unable to perform a correction on the envelope. We have removed the signing group inactive recipient but we are unable to perform a correction and a resend still uses the old membership on the signing group.

The defaulted name is incorrect

I am having trouble changing the default name that is prompted when filling out documents. I have changed the name of the account, but it does not solve the issue. I am trying to change the name of the user in the Admin tab but I am given “An error occurred while getting user detail.”. How can I fix this?

Techsoup subscription charge

I don’t know what to do! I signed up for Docusign Standard Edition for an initial 5 seats via Techsoup for $100 in March of 2024. On the Techsoup site is says: Perpetual License This donation provides a perpetual subscription for up to five users. It does not expire or need to be renewed. Then in January 2025 I signed up for Docusign Standard Edition, 5 Additional Users, and on Techsoup is says: Description This product is only for organizations that are requesting or have already received Docusign Standard Edition. This donation allows organizations to add up to five additional user licenses to their initial subscription. You can request this offer up to four times to obtain access for up to 25 users total. Then this March, my organization just received a bill for $3000 minus a discount for $1500 for the initial five users, but leaving $1500 for the additional five users. When I go to open a case, it says that my account is not eligible to open a case. How can I actually contact Docus

PowerForm Signer Information -Why am I seeing my name and email in the Other Signers fields

OK I’m new here so… I have a template and a power form for an NDA. Someone from my company will be emailing this NDA out through their outlook account as multiple emails to multiple people. The template is setup with two people from our company as recipients. (so we can monitor NDAs coming in) I have the URL for the powerform, but when I email this out as a test and click through on the URL, I see the recipient fills in their name and email but in fields below in the section “Please provide information for any other signers needed for this document.” My name and email is listed there. Shouldnt’ this be blank for the NDA recipient to fill out in case there’s others in their org that needs to sign?

Sending to multiple EXTERNAL people, but only one needs to sign to proceed

I would like to send a document to two different people, either one of which can sign. As far as I can tell, the Signing Groups feature will not work for this because the signers are not internal signers - they are clients. It seems Singing Groups is only for internal signers. I tried to set up a Signing Group (I am an administrator), but the only people it allowed me to add were internal people. Is this correct or did I do something wrong? Thanks, Teri

Viewing Sent Envelopes as an Administrator

I have envelopes created through an integration with a legal management system that have the status "sent." With an administrator profile, can I view these envelopes or see who sent them? In the exported report, "multiples" appears.

UE qualified signature - The certificate was revoked.

Hi, I have a problem with EU qualified signature. after adding the document the system goes through all the steps but at the end it informs that: We cannot use this certificate The certificate was revoked. my signature: Issuer: COPE SZAFIR - Kwalifikowany Serial: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Expires: 2027.03.10 so it is valid. I will add that previously everything worked properly. However, my signature expired and I made a new one. This new one in other systems works correctly only not in DOCUSIGN. Piotr.

Can you add 'Part 11' compliance under Signer Events of CoC?

Hello All, Recently, I’ve come across a CoC of signed document with below information added. This was signed by another user within our Company. However, whenever I sign the document or anyone else signs the document, there is no such information added at CoC stating that this document is Part 11 or the signature account is Part 11 compliant. Is there a way to know how to add this information or where this is being manifested from?

eSignature email address verification question

I have been challenged on the authenticity of a signature that I personally obtained from a client via Docusign. The challenge is that there is no evidence of what email address the request was sent to and that I could have sent it to my own email and signed the document myself had I wanted to. Can I prove what email address the signature request was sent to from the document itself, or is my only option a screen shot from the Docusign folder? I would have thought that info would have been embedded in the signed document, but I can’t find it. Thank you

Dated Document needing further information added

I have a docusign document (lease) that needs dating. In some of the definitions, the text boxes have been missed therefore I won’t be able to add in the relevant information in docusign at the time of dating. I can edit the pdf immediately after to add those in, but do I need to add a statement on the front page that advises that has been done?

Docusign keeps charging despite having cancelled subscription

Hi all, I cancelled my docusign subscription in December and it confirmed the cancellation on the Website (see screenshot), but it keeps charging me every month. Can’t open a support ticket and all emails remain unanswered. What should I do to cancel my subscription? Thanks, Felix

The wrong signature is is being used despite only one signature on account

Hello. I was initially having issues with the wrong signature being used on documents. I deleted all other signatures and left my custom signature. This is also set as a default signature. Now, when i go to sign a document, it inserts a created signature, not my custom signature, and won’t allow me to change it. HELP!!

I was charged after Canceling My account.

2/13/25 I cancelled my Docusign Account, and have confirmation of it. Yesterday I was charged $850 +/- for the renewal. What I am gathering, is that I can not get any support on the phone, and when I log in to ‘Make a ticket’ the only option for me is to see my old created tickets but not create any new ones. I presume this is since my account has been made in to a ‘free account’ can somone help me get the refund on my Credit card I should have?

Bulks sending view only documents

Hi I am trying to send documents to multiple people via bulk upload, I have dont thi smany times; however, this time I need to send the documents , which include merged data fields, as. a view only document with no acknowledgment needed. When I try to change the role of the recipient it notifies me that the merged fields will be removed, which they are. How do I bypass this and bulk send read only documents? Thank you Sarah

Text Box Stretching & Alignment

When I add a text box it does not give me the option to stretch its dimensions… because of this my text starts to write over top of itself which creates a box & text that does not fit onto my documents blank lines… I’ve looked online at videos where users have the option to stretch their boxes, and they have extra field property options that I do not have and do not show up on the right side of my toolbar… What am I missing?

Confirmation email to signer before envelope completed

Hi everyone, I know it is possible to send a email notification to all signers when an envelope is completed but it is possible to send a confirmation email to a signer when he has signed his part? Thanks

Display sender´s name, company adress and job title in sender mail

Dear Community, n addition to the sender's name, our company and address and the sender's job title should be displayed in the sender email. So far you can only see the name and e-mail address. Is this possible and if so, where can I find the corresponding setting in the backend? Best regards, Katrin
