Docusign keeps charging despite having cancelled subscription

Hi all,I cancelled my docusign subscription in December and it confirmed the cancellation on the Website (see screenshot), but it keeps charging me every month. Can’t open a support ticket and all emails remain unanswered. What should I do to cancel my subscription?Thanks,Felix

Embedded signing plan

Which plan contains the ability to do embedded sending and signing? I assume all esignature plans allow the use of all API methods. Based on the plan and pricing page it is only included in the Enterprise tier. Thank you.

Send and organize envelopes from two different templates sent from the same email address

we send two different templates from the same email/account and we want to organize the envelopes by template sent in the inbox so that you can see the canceled, completed, in progress,... of each template. How can I create these 'folders' so that they are automatically classified? Can I see them in Outlook if I have the mailbox available?

Can a signed contract be deleted without my knowlege?

I am looking for a contract that i thought we signed about 6 months ago and can’t find it. The company that initiated the contract sent it to me via docusign and I signed it. They have a paid docusign account and i have a free one if that matters. Could they have dleted it without me knowing it? is there any way to verify if they did that?

Hello,I hope all are well.We have a CLM workflow connected to Doc Gen form. On this form, we have an option to enter 3rd party’s signatory’s name and email. Now we wish to add additional signatory, perhaps as reviewer/ approver etc. We know the form can be modified to include these additional details, however we are curious to check if this can be done in e-signature by way of a template or another way we don’t know yet.We would be grateful for any help provided in this matter.Thanks,Usman

The Tab formula is not valid. A number numerical tab LocalePolicy does not match the LocalePolicy of another number numerical tab in the same formula.

Hi, I can see that this error has come up a few times over the last year+ but I cannot find any resolution. I am getting it on a template. I’ve gone through the fields and can’t see an issue. Is this a bug?Thanks

Service Templates Keep Disappearing From My Template Menu

My service agreement templates have recently disappeared from the menu. I was using the same agreement template for a long time and it disappeared from the menu. I changed my password and I uploaded a new updated template and now after one use it has disappeared from my template menu. What’s the problem? I’ve been using DocuSign for years without issue; so, this is a new problem and I don’t understand why it keeps happening.

Document visibility in envelope

Hi, starting with accoung details: I have business pro plan, and i am one and only user of a account, with DS admin status.I want to send envelope with 3 documents, but i don’t want to permit one of the recipent to take a look on one of the document, but he have to sign 2 other ones. I read that it is possible, but in Sending Settings I don’t see receipents privilages, so I can’t modify it. Could you please give a hand with that topic?

newbie: do not know how to submit a "compliance training attendance list"

Hi, newbie on DocuSign here… just my 2nd day on plataform! We have a complaince training today 2pm (+30min from now). After training all people needs to sign a document do say they were present and listen to training (please do not ask why… here is Brasil!). How we already did it:We generate a new doc in Word, with all legal terms and send it to 20 people!  Very hard work! What we need / I wish we could to do:Generate the .DOC withe legal terms and ONE space for signature and date/time and attach a CSV file for recipients (name, e-mail). They receive the e-mail, open it, sign their names and it´s done.Later we go to plataform to download ONE document with all 20 signatures to add to complaince process! We’ve used to do it using a manual process to put each people name and indicating the exact space for his signature . So if there are 18 people, we need to put 18 signature fields, one for each person on template!It’s SLOW and boring to do it. There are any ways to create a single docume

User Permissions - Limit view on templates

I am the Admin on our company’s DocuSign account and I am the only one that creates templates. I have shared certain templates with specific department staff. However, no matter what specific templates I have shared with them, they are able to see ALL templates I have uploaded. Is there a way to limit their view to ONLY the templates that have been shared with them?

I signed a contract for a bank application and when they sent me the copy of the document I can notice a number under the signature. But after making a complaint to the buyer, he sends me another contract that he does not sign, but it does have the same numbering and the signature is the same as the previous contract, but this new contract also includes another signature that does not have numbering and is repeated several times, but it is very different from the one that does have numbering. How is it possible that different contracts have the same numbering and if it is possible that there is manipulation of the signature of the first contract to attach it to the next automatically, without prior authorization

Hello DocuSign Community,We need your help enabling the "New Subaccount Provisioning Request" option that appears in the Partner Portal. We received a message stating that, starting February 1, 2025, isvlicenseprovisioning@docusign.com will no longer accept Provisioning Request Forms for ISV Embeded sub-account provisioning.We also explored the alternative of cloning accounts, but this option is not available nor suitable for us.We would appreciate your support in enabling this option, since we need to create one really urgent.Also we’ve been creating a lot of cases to docusign’s customer support team and partner portal and we do not have an answer. Can't verify account via SMS: "Enter a valid phone number"

Hi, I am trying to create a new account on Docusign. However, during SMS verification I get the error: “Enter a valid phone number.”My phone number is valid and I have tested both my U.S phone number and Swedish phone number - both are being rejected as not valid. Among others, I have mainly tried the following formats:+1 XXXXXXXXXX+1 XXX-XXX-XXXX+46 XXXXXXXXXThere are no spaces in my input when I’m submitting. This is effectively blocking me from starting a new account, and there is no way for me to reach support since on this account, which seems to be an old account I’ve had active for a long time, on the support case page there’s no button for me to open a new case. I tried calling the corporate number +1 877-720-2040 and it just redirects me to contact via the support page, which I can’t log in to on my new account since the phone number is not verified, and I can’t start a new case on this account because the button to start a case does not exist. Please advise.

Envelope Allowance Exceeded on demo developer account

Hello, hope you all are doing great, I am testing a DocuSign integration for my job (my company has a payed plan but I am using a free demo account just to test things out), and today I got the following error message:ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.The only thing that changed was that I started testing SMS authentication, wich might be the reason for the error. (current usage = 12)In my demo account it says that I have have an Umlimited number of Envelopes.Please help and thanks.

Possible Fraud

I received an email that there might be possible fraud on my account.  I signed into my account through that email., but there was not a document for me to review and sign.  I am not sure if my account was compromised or not. I just wanted to give you a heads up.This is the email I received.  I did not make any transaction for this company or amount. Unable to download when sigining a document

When being asked to download there is no way to download the original PDF.The signing page won’t allow me to copy.The signing page won’t allow me to click on links within the documentThe signing page is a graphic image and the fonts become blurry when scaled up.If I open a NEW window and go into docusign I can download the original documents and have all of the benefits. Why can’t I download to read in a PDF reader where I can’t get the above benefits?

refund

I canceled my yearly membership months ago during 2024.   I was just charged the yearly renewal fee on March 3    I’ve reached out to DocuSign and no one has called me back    I’ve also reached out to my bank   I am just looking to get a refund process, but it seems like you have to jump through hoops and you can’t speak to anyone unless you’re opening a new account   When you log into my account, it says I have a free account so I don’t have an account anymore, but I’m still being charged the yearly fee.  I am looking for help and obtaining my refund

Signature for Acceptance or Refusal of Terms Without Requiring Both to Be Signed

 I have a document  that needs to be signed to either  confirm acceptance of terms or  signed to confirm their refusal of terms. I have added the sign  action arrow to both the acceptance and the decline option. If both options are tagged with the Sign action will DocuSign allow for the person to only sign one option? I am concerned that DocuSign will want both spaces to be signed and will give an error message if one isn't. Please advise what you think is best. Change date format in template

Hi I am new to using Docusign and have created a template which contains a date field but when I preview it appears in the American format and not the UK format of DD/MM/YYYY. I have changed the Regional settings to UK and the time zone but it is still appearing as MM/DD/YYYY. Is there somewhere I can change this permanently please.
