Correction option not showing in dropdown menu for an envelopes

After sending an envelope I realized one of the email addresses is incorrect. When in the agreements tab while the document is in progress and no one has signed the “correct” option was always in the dropdown menu to select and would let me update an address and resend, however it is no longer listed in the menu of choices. Help sources say this feature exists.  I’ve tried logging out and signing in again and a different browser. Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you provide the envelope ID for this envelope?

 

Do you know if your account has set a custody transfer rule?

 

Is this the only envelope being affected by this?

 

Are you the only user affected by this on your account?

Correct is not an poption for enveelopes that are missing a “.” in an email address.

This is more than embarrassing as it is holding up a high priority business process.
