Disable Auto Complete

How do I disable auto complete? I have a field for “Player Name” and I have a field for “Parent Name”. When someone enters the Player name in the Player name field, it auto populates in the Parent Name field also. How do I avoid it from auto populating?

Include Standard Documents in Envelope Template

I am creating a template for our Service Agreement that requires a signature.We have 2 additional standard documents (FAQ and T&C) that we wish to include with every agreement, these do not require signatures or any input other than simply viewing them.Is there a way to apply the template in a way that the user only has to upload the Service Agreement and the other 2 standard documents are automatically attached?Or do they need to manually attach these documents each time?

Unable to update username

Hi, I am trying to update my details under Settings>Users>Actions and keep getting an error that says An error occurred while getting user detail.I have seen the same problem from someone else 6 months ago but there is no actual help in it. I have updated my name under Manage Profile but this does not change the location that I want to actually change it. I do not need/want to give clients my middle name and need it changed asap. Please helpThank you.

I have set up several templates on Docusign for colleagues to use. A colleague has uploaded a document but Docusign hasn’t linked it to the template. This has been working for the past month with no issues but it not working today. Template hasn’t been changed until I went into investigate it just now. Can someone help please?

Multiple documents: single signer with variable counter-signers

I have 40 documents to be signed two parties. The first party (Party A) will always be the same (in other words, Party A will sign all 40 documents). The counter-signing second party will be different for each of the 40 documents.My question is: How do I send all 40 documents to Party A at the same time, while having the 40 counter-signers only receive their individual document (and not the 39 other documents that they will not be signing)?

Conditional routing not transferring from Sandbox to production

I created a template and powerform in sandbox. The powerform was tested and works well. When I downloaded the template and uploaded to production and created a powerform, the conditional routing is removed. Shouldn’t this work in production? I have the same groups in TEST and PROD

Problems sending to clients with Comcast.net email addresses

I am sending envelopes to a large block of clients. I am having a non-deliverable issue with comcast.net email addresses. Even in the same envelope with multiple comcast addresses (all of which are good working addresses) some will go through and others will fail.I sent a client this morning it worked. I sent another envelope later to the same comcast.net email address and I get a failure delivery.Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and is there anything I can do to fix it?(this is my first time using Docusign.)

Docusign only uses my name/signature. Needs to be my wifes.

HelloMy wife has been sent a document to sign with e-signature. The email was sent direct to her private email account from the company. When she opens it, the signature has my name in it, and not hers. She forwarded the email to me and the same thing happens when I open the document on my personal email. The signature is automatically populated with my name. There is a docusign reference number in the field. How do we delete my name/signature, and add hers?Many thanks

My refund case kept closed and never get refunded.

I keep trying to get refunded since May, Docusign never returned me the money.What should I do?They keep closing my case, saying that they would refund the money several times. A refund request for 112.17 USD has been submitted to start the refund process. This amount is subject to change due to taxation or proration. This process can take 10 to 14 business days. If you do not see the refund in your account within 10 to 14 business days, please contact us and reference your case number: 13736636. I have a back-up copy of a document that was signed on Docusign (saved locally). I only have one of several pages. When I go to my account at Docusign, there’s no record of it (even when I search using the envelope ID #) - any ideas on how I can find it?

I would like to know if it is possible to specify the size of a text box for a custom field using the tag added in a Word document in DocuSign, such as \text_1\. If so, what is the correct syntax to specify the dimensions (width and height) directly within the tag?Thank you for your assistance.

Trying to get Retrieve Filters to work with little success. I have a template named 2025 Financial Products and Promotions Agreements Packet 2 (with some variation). I have tried using Filter of Template Matches (RegEx) \(Packet 2\) and get no results despite seeing these completed documents in the web UI. I also have a Packet 1 which I’m trying to avoid in this specific Retrieve. Any suggestions on how to best setup a filter to get these envelopes?In the Envelope Custom Fields I see this. Can I use either of these?

Automation of DocuSign with Salesforce and Sharepoint

Hi all, For a client who is using Salesforce we are looking at DocuSign. But they have some specific requirements and we are wondering if this is able with DocuSign. They want to start the process with DocGen. So, with the push off a button in Salesforce a template should be generated and stored in Sharepoint. Then they want to adjust the template in Sharepoint with Word. When the document is ready they want it to be sent to the right persons for singing. This process should be fully automated with a push of a button. So when they push on a button in Salesforce it will sent the document for singing directly from Sharepoint, so no screens will open where they have to verify the signees or they have to add the signing box. This will all be done automatically. The signees will be internal users and external. Is this possible with DocuSign and if yes how?
