verify forged Document

I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc?

Envelope: The required fields are not showing. Set as required.

I have a lease contract between two parties. It has a bunch of text boxes the lessor must fill in. I set them up as required for the lessor and read-only for the renter. When I (the lessor) click on the link in the signing email, these text boxes are blank and not blocking. What am I missing?

SORT, FILTER AND MANAGE COMPLETED AGREEMENTS - LIST OF AGREEMENTS ACTING ERRATICLY

HELP HELP HELP Someone please help me before I eat a whole block of chocolate. Im a new user and docusign seems to have very basic functions missing. Forgive me if Im wrong. At the moment Im disliking docusign thats why im reaching out. I have issued 260 agreements and managing these seems to be a challenge. Im sure there is a better way but I had to get these out urgently and it was/is what it was/is. Sorting seems to be an issue for me. I would think all the latest completed documents sit at the top of the list on the first page (date order) but for some reason, they don’t - its random and there is no filter/sort function. The order of these agreements is erratic. Side note: I created 2 separate folders that I move the completed agreements into once I have completed the PDF and Formdata. This helps me identify the ones I have already downloaded the PDF and Formdata for. The rest sit in SENT folder on the screen until I do my thing. This seems to be the only way I can

Required fields, not working

Our documents have required fields to be filled out by the signer. For each document, we ensure the “Required” checkbox is checked for each field (assuming the signer cannot finish the document until those fields are completed), but only about 50% of signers complete them. Why is the software not requiring those fields to be completed? We “Add text” to each field to suggest what to include in those boxes. Could that text be appeasing the required step? We’ve searched support documents and we are completing the required fields as suggested, but still it doesn’t work.

Check for valid address

Hi, We use DocuSign to get prospective tenants sign lease agreements. One of the fields in the lease is an address that the tenant has to enter. Is there a way to check the validity of the address as it is entered? This would help avoid typographical errors or some using incorrect addresses. Thanks.

My DocuSign account says that my Credit Card is expired, this is on our second account on our company account even though the credit card is not expired and the main account is working perfectly. Support has been totally useless first telling me to clear my cache even though this issue is happening on multiple devices and then I have heard nothing. With the level of service I am surprised that DocuSign still exists...

Can one recipient sign on behalf of other recipient as well?

When we used PandaDoc (another DocuSign alternative) it allowed one user to sign a document with 2 different signatures.One signature from his side, and one on behalf of other person at the same time.On DocuSign, I cannot see the support for this. Can you help me on how to achieve it?

Issues with Read-Only Field

Hi There, We are trying to implement a read-only field in a DocuSign webform that is preset when the form URL is sent from our CRM system. However, when the read-only field is preset from a CRM system, it seems that it can’t be configured as a read-only field. The system throws an error at the beginning of the webform and also after you submit it. When you configure a read-only field that is not getting preset, it is working and the value is getting mapped over to the document as expected upon submitting. I have attached some screenshots below of the errors that are getting triggered when the “CaseID” read-only field is getting preset in the first screen as well as the one at the end.

I have sent 2 forms via DocuSign to 2 different people at the University and both say they are not receiving anything to sign. The first one I resent it 5 times. They both looked in junk/spam and it was not in there. The first one I resent to his gmail and it went through fine. Is this an issue with University emails?

Signer not receiving second document

I sent 2 documents with 30 minutes to the same person. He received the first one, but not the second. I resent it to him and he still did not receive it. I then created another agreement and he did not get that one either. He has checked his spam and the agreement is not there. It seems as if he has been blocked after receiving the first agreement.

Second signatory ability to view envelope before first party signs?

Hello:Is there the ability for DocuSign - while restricting delivery to only the first signatory, then releasing to the secondary once signed - to notify the second signatory that an envelope has been created, and allow them to view, while restricting signature until the first party has signed? At present, we have it set up so that the second signatory does not receive notice, or the ability to view the documents, until after the first signatory has signed. I looked at a Conditional Routing conversation here, but am unsure if that will resolve this need. Thank you for any ideas or contributions.

when i would login, i had two profiles to choose from: Charles Schwab and then one for my business. Now when i login, it automatically goes schwab docusign. I CAN'T access my business docusign because it DOESN'T present itself as option. I know its still active because i have linked up to Black Diamond docusign integration and i can see my templates i wanted to update.

Monthly number of Envelopes batch not renewing

Hello,I am on the Standard Plan, which provides 10 envelopes per month. However, after each billing cycle, the number of envelopes does not reset, and instead, it stays the same or even increases. As a result, my monthly limit of 10 envelopes is not being renewed, and I am constantly being shown as exceeding my limit.Could you please assist me with this issue?

Charged even after canceling subscription.

I downgraded my account and cancelled before our annual automatic renewal date, yet a $700+ charge appeared on our card statement on what would have been our renewal date. I can’t submit a support ticket because I have a free account and phone customer service is nonexistent. This is an incredibly deceptive business practice and if I do not have a response in a timely manner to resolve this, we will be initiating a chargeback.

Problem with Quick Docusign

Hey there,First off, I’m a bit frustrated because I paid the full business monthly pro membership so I could get full support with this problem, but it still says I am not eligible to open a case? MAIN PROBLEMAnyway, that’s a separate problem from the main problem. I have a super important doc. I need to sign and the sender sent it as a link in an email. I click the link and it takes me to a quick sign page where I enter a code which was provided by the sender. I enter the code and it takes me to a page where the doc is blurred out and over the doc it says this.”Online document editing is available only with Pro subscription. DOWNLOAD OFFLINE.” Even though I have purchased a full pro account, I am unable to log into it on this particular page. Nor am I able to log into it before clicking this link in the email. When I click download to work off-line it, downloads the ‘.msi’ file but there is no program to open that with. I tried to import it into the app on both an ipad and iphone and

Support is nonexistent - case was sent to sales with no way to reach anyone

I asked Docusign support by phone (before they eliminated the phone option on 12/12/24) to cancel an unneeded seat after we ran out of envelopes and I had purchased a new seat w/additional envelopes. Support cancelled the wrong one and now I am showing that I’m out of envelopes and being charged per envelope used - meanwhile, they haven’t refunded me the amount I paid for new envelopes. So I’m leery of adding yet another seat until I hear from them. I spoke to support twice by phone via callback requests, and she did not resolve the issue and punted me to sales. Now I’ve asked for callbacks three times via the support page/case manager and only heard from sales by email (not the call I requested), and who offered to schedule a meeting via calendar link, but did NOT include the link in the email, so no way to reach them either. I would add another seat w/envelopes - but we’re about to renew and I don’t want to be overcharged and then try to cancel a second seat and get a refund when it

Hello, I am looking for documents related to the purchase of my home in 2020. I have paper copies of a few of them but not the one I am looking for. None of the documents from 2020 are in my docusign currently and I have already tried adjusting the filter to show me all docs but only my current docs show up. I cannot locate the emails for them.How can I find these documents now? Thank you!
