Webform - can I copy and paste a field

I have a complex webform with several fields, each with their own list of dropdown and rules. Is it possible to copy and paste a field in the webform so I dont have to re-type each dropdown item? This way , i would already have the dropdown and only need to edit the rule.

Linking checkboxes in webform to template

Hi, I have built a webform for an application process that we have. Some of the options are checkboxes and I have having difficultly linking the checkbox option in the webform so that it populates the relevant checkbox on the template. These are the checkboxes in the webform (top) and the fields in the template (bottom). I have tried all options and I cannot make this work - any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

When I use Webforms there use to be a link for docusign. It is no longer there. Why did it disappear? Is there a way to get it back?

Checkbox - webform rules

Hi - I’m wanting to migrate a template to a webform, however the template has a checkbox field that needs to be blank be default. I am getting an error when migrating the template that states ‘Checkbox Values can't be blank’. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

Tracking the Status of Webforms by the Person Who Filled Out the Form

Is it possible for someone who filled out a webform to track the status of the envelope until its completion, without being the owner of the envelope/webform? Here, we use webforms so that salespeople can fill out a commercial proposal and send it to the client for signature only, but they are unable to track, after sending the form, whether it has been signed or not. Is it possible to configure the system to enable this tracking?

Which permissions are necessary to be able to add an attachment field to webforms?

I have a user with Share template permissions and sender permissions. They are able to create and edit a webform, but they aren’t able to add an attachment field. As an admin, I’m able to do it. What permissions are necessary for my user to be able to add an attachment field?

I am trying to develop a web form that allows someone to choose to change or cancel and if cancel, then given the option to start something else. For example, we have retirement contributions that we would like the employee to be able to cancel current contribution and start another type of contribution on the same form without having to complete the form twice.

Template Fields Missing From Webform Mapping

I am creating a Webform from a very simple template. The template has fields as shown below. The user selects “Individual” or “Entity” in the Signing As dropdown, then the fields for the respective block are shown. When I create a Webform from this template, none of the template fields except Signing As show as mappable fields (see below) despite having Webform entry fields for all of the required data. How can I have Name, Company, and Title show as mappable fields in the Webform creation tool? I have tried removing the conditional logic from the template and recreating the Webform but get the same result.

Is there a limit in the webform submissions?

Hi, I was wondering if there is a limit on how many submissions a Web form can have. Context: I am planning to send an embedded link of a web form, in a bulk communication using another tool.But I am wondering if the form can handle more than 13000 (13 k) submissions without crashing.

Blurry information

Hi, The PDF I uploaded to DocuSign was clear, however when I sent the test email to see how our customers would view it was blurry. The small writing on the document was unreadable. Hope you can help. Thank you. Katie

Change the "from" information on the Review and Continue message for web forms.

Question about the Review and Continue message with Web Forms. We would like to remove the form owner’s name from the content of this message. Is there a way to do this? The signed form is being cc: to a generic Olmsted County mailbox. The owner understands that she must create a rule in her Outlook to file away the copy of the signed form that she automatically gets as the owner. Since the link to the form is on our public website we do not want the public to bombard Jamie with phone calls. Jamie is just administering the department’s DocuSign templates and forms.

Single webform but different document is chosen based on how a user responds to a dropdown item.

Hello, I have a web form that I have created to facilitate the filling out of a pdf form. However I am wanting to add a drop down entry of two possible chooses. The first choice option means that the user would continue filling out the current form. The second option would divert the user to filling out a separate pdf form. The questions that correspond to filling out the form are going to be the same. The only difference is the second option will have one different signer of the form than the other option. Do you think this functionality is possible? Or would I need to create a separate webform and link the other pdf to that form? Also what is Maestro? Is that something that would allow more customization than what is offered in the main docusign website? Thanks,

I have created a webform with multiple signatures. The form is flowing through the system fine and signatories are able to sign, but the signatures are not showing up when I download the results. Is it possible to get the signatures to show on the downloaded results so that I know the form was actually signed and by whom?

Hello, I created a webform for my company. Yesterday it was used by an associate. I was contacted because the webform would not advance to the signing page. I’m not finding anything explaining the issue I’m having. Anyone have any thoughts? What can cause this? Are there any issues with webforms? Any info is appreciated.

How to set up webform so that same person signing twice?

I have a web form that will be generated by our company (signed as ‘prepared’), sent to a customer to sign, and then should go back to the person who prepared the form. Is there a way to do that within the webform without having the preparer have to enter their information twice?

Unable to see webform data

After I have activated my webform and have co-workers fill them out, I am not able to individually see the results. The only way I can see answers to my webform is through the downloaded sheets which does not allow for each reply to have its one PDF. Also, I do not get notifications on when my form has been answered. There is no data in my reports, inbox, or form that suggests I have responses. Where do I find the results and download each one separately?

Web Form Submission to Power Automate

Is there a correct way to use the DocuSign Connector for Power Automate with Web Forms to be able to ingest the form fields after a Web Form has completed its submission? Is the only way to map all of the form fields to custom envelope fields and then trigger off the signature event of the associated envelope that is created after the Web Form is signed? Our goal is to ingest that data from the Web Form to create downstream actions like create a CRM record.
