How to Setup Required Field to Complete By Sender

Need instructions on how I can setup data fields on a document that requires the sender to complete before the documents is sent to the recipients.

Hello,

Mandatory pre-fill fields allow for just that scenario! The best thing to do is to create a template and add Mandatory Pre-Fill text fields onto it. Then, whenever a sender tries to use that template, they’ll be required to fill them in before they can send. This is a helpful thread for what I’m looking for. My question to go even further on these sender fields are:

Can you remove or limit the system-generated agreement types that the sender will select?
1. To expand, what if I want to scrap most or all of the system generated agreement types and have my senders only be able to select from a list of most or all custom agreement types?
Can I limit agreement type selection for senders by security group? Sender 1 can only select from agreement type A, B and C while sender 2 can only select from agreement type D, E and F. I assume this would come with the recommended fields for each aligned agreement type.
