Date 2/6/26.

Thousands of emails from Docusign today, from the email dse_na3.docusign.net. Microsoft Purview Defender has quarantined all of these as phishing emails. Has this happened to anyone else? We had to manually release almost 2000 emails.

Hello @gschultz
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.
We don't have visibility into any Microsoft Defender dashboards to check whether other customers are facing the same issue. Suppose Microsoft quarantines it; it's unlikely we will find anything in our logs. In the past, with these kinds of problems, what we noticed is that the recipient mail server, in this case, Microsoft, usually has some spam detection algorithm that falsely classifies the email as spam or phishing, thus resulting in quarantine.
