Document not being recived

Hiya

 

I have a health and safety document that needs to be signed by 13 people. This has been received by 6 people but the other 7 people have said they have not received any emails from docusign - they have checked their junk mail also and nothing in there.

I have tried re sending but still no luck, looking at the document is says waiting above the emails that are not receiving the document

If the remaining recipients have already checked their spam or junk folders and are still not receiving the envelope invitation email, you may advise them to follow the additional troubleshooting steps outlined in the article below:
