I am not the original poster but I am having the same problem. However, it won’t let me change the email address to correct the failure. Now, I do have an account with an organization and I am not an administrator. Could it be that I cannot correct it because of my account settings?

I typed his email incorrectly. I added him as a second line with the correct email address and he has received the email. However, the delivery failure with the incorrect email address is preventing the form to trigger to the next person. The form won’t let me correct his address or allow me to remove it.
