Hello,I’m using a date field in CLM forms and I need the “dd MMMM yyyy” format, but the month name is always displayed in English (e.g., 30 September 2025).Is there any option to generate the date in a localized full format, so the month name appears in Portuguese (e.g., 30 de Setembro de 2025)?If not, is Docusign planning to support/translate localized date formats in CLM document generation?Thanks! 

Hello,I am using the Doc Gen step within my workflow to generate a document based on initial form data.The issue I'm facing is related to data coming from a table in the initial form (multiple entries/rows). When I use the “TableRow Select” or “Repeat Select” tags in my Word template to display this data in a table, only the last row of data entered in the form is showing in the generated document. The previous rows are being overwritten.For example, if I enter 2 lines of data in the form's table, the generated document only displays the second line.This is the initial form:I tried both ways:Later, in the WF, the message I get in the Doc Gen step: And the result is:How can I ensure that the tags properly iterates over ALL rows of my input table data and dynamically creates a new table row for each entry in the generated document, instead of just showing the last one?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Hi all,We’re trying to send a formatted HTML email during the "Review and Send for Signature" step in DocuSign. Plain HTML isn’t rendering properly.We have Adobe E-Sign integration working for signature. I know we can send HTML in Send Email step, but need to check feasibility on signature related steps.Has anyone done this or know if it’s supported?

Is it possible to edit the wording in the body of auto-response emails from DocuSign CLM?  Specifically thinking of the External Signature email response/confirmation and the eSignature email response/confirmation.  We have edited the emails that are sent, as much as we can, but once those actions are completed, we are looking for ways to edit those emails as well.  It would include the subject line and the email body.Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I'm facing an unexpected behavior in my workflow related to the Params.xml file.I have a logic that compares the <UpdatedDate> value before and after a specific step, in order to detect if the file was actually modified (checked in).The issue is that Params.xml updates the <UpdatedDate> automatically, even when there’s no real change in the document. This causes the comparison logic to fail, since the timestamp changes for no apparent reason.I’d like to understand if this is an expected behavior or if there’s any configuration that could be triggering this automatic update.Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello! Is it possible to conditionally display a field based on the value of a specific column in a table?For example:In a counterparty data table, if the 'Marital Status' field is set to Married, I need additional fields to appear so the user can input the spouse's data. (It doesn’t have to be in the same table, but apparently I can’t add a condition to a column.)If the 'Marital Status' is anything else, those spouse-related fields should remain hidden.  Thanks!

Hi everyone,I'm exploring ways to implement a multi-step form workflow using DocuSign, but I want to avoid the typical steps of generating a dummy document from a template and deleting it afterwards.Essentially, I'm looking for a solution where users can progress through multiple steps or screens, inputting data at each stage, and then have that data captured so i can route conditionally based on the data.Is there any native support or workaround in DocuSign for this kind of flow? Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance.

I am new to Docusign CLM. I created a new folder that will receive incoming fully executed agreements utilizing the springCLM email that you can setup when creating folders. I sent a test document to the email address and it was a successful test. However, there were also a .txt and .png file that were parsed from the incoming sender email. I dont want to have all of these extra items in this folder as we have a high volume of incoming emails. Would I need to create a Smart Rule or Workflow to have these additional parsed items automatically moved to a “ junk “ location?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  

We were able to use the dynamic dropdown option for multiselect when setting up a dynamic approver step initiating via DocGen.  When those applicable groups are selected, it looks for the task group associated with those approvers and assigns correctly.  What we are trying to do now is to extend that same functionality to the eSignature step.  I have tried to use the same variable we used for the approvals, but seems that the eSign cannot look into the task group to assign a user as I keep getting the error that an email has not been defined.Can I somehow apply the same logic but to a signature step where it can identify and assign a signer?  Or is this not possible and need to be executed manually?  This is a dynamic selection and could be different every time this form is submitted.  Thank you!

If a contract gets signed in eSignature (stand alone document), is there a way to feed that document back to CLM so it can be part of the overall file structure built in CLM?

Hi Everyone! I am trying to create a simple workflow with maybe 1 or 2 steps to combine two documents together. One is a document an individual will upload and will be different every time. The second is a static document that is stored in clm.  I don't need anything to be sent out for signature, this is just a simple flow that I am trying to get to work.  These two documents are supposed to be combined together under the Combined Documents  So, the testing document is supposed to be under the same tab as combined documents.  Any suggestions?

In a previous data ingestion effort by my former team, we integrated account data from another system into Salesforce. As part of this process, we established a mapping between Salesforce Accounts and DocuSign CLM Accounts using a naming convention that combines the account Name and ID. (not same as salesforce account Id but another field)However, we’ve encountered a problem: although the migrated account folders follow the correct naming convention, they are not being linked to the corresponding existing Salesforce Accounts. Instead, new Salesforce Accounts are being created, resulting in data inconsistency.Expected Behavior:Migrated DocuSign CLM account folders that match the existing naming convention should be mapped to the corresponding Salesforce Account.Actual Behavior:Despite matching names and IDs, new Salesforce Accounts are being created instead of linking to the existing ones.Potential Cause (Hypothesis):The mapping logic might be relying on more than just the folder name (

Hello everyone,I am trying to create a table that has a dropdown populated from a CSV file. The problem is:When I Add a Column, I have the option Add Field, and I choose Dropdown → Link to CSV Document.Then I edit the document and put the mergetags, I noticed that they where with absote path "//” then changed to relative "./”.With I first tried with absolute path there are templateErros because the node returned more than one node, but with the relative, nothing appears, no error message but no content either.What can I do? How do I use a dropdown populated by a CSV file inside a table?Please help

Is there a way to retrieve comments added to documents in Docusign CLM through an API or any other available mechanism?Our goal is to analyze comment data to identify trends, such as “There are many comments pointing out issues related to X.” We understand that comments can be viewed in the UI and downloaded as Word documents with comments included, but since we need to process multiple documents, accessing comment data directly via API or similar methods would be much more efficient.If this is possible, could you please share the relevant approach, API endpoints, or implementation examples?If it is not supported, we would appreciate confirmation of that as well.

I have several thousand agreements in my CLM.  There is a new Attribute I am being asked to track across them all that was not entered when we migrated them into the system.  I have the new values for all of the agreements in an excel file.  Is there any way to upload a change to enter values to Attributes across many contracts at the same time?  It is prohibitive to go into each contract and add this Attribute one at a time.  It would take far too long.

I am pulling in a date field from salesforce into my MS Word template and need to suppress a table row if Start_Date in the Products table contains 2025. Or it could be constructed as < 1/1/26. Is this possible? How would this expression look? ​@Oskay Taskin 😁

New to DS CLM 🙂 - We have main folders for each employee that is named with its EEID contained on it.  We would like to be able to pull the EEID and prepend it to every document within the subfolders.  Can this be done with Smart Rules? Any suggestions are welcomed.Current structure:Facility Folder > Employee Folder (Name - EEID) > Multiple subfolders (named by doc type. ex: I’9, Confidential > Documents that need EEID prepended to name

What step would I need to call within the CLM workflow to update a user's permission, specifically to their CLM security?I need to automate this process.
