Hi, I am wondering if there is an "or" functionality where as I am able to send a document to two people (from one department) but only require one of their signatures in order for it to progress to the next signatory?In other words, I send out documents for signing to different departments but only need one signature from each department but I'd like everyone in that department to be able to have the chance to sign and once it is it goes to the next department. Please advise if there is a way to make this work! ThanksJimmy

I created a document to sign, entered everyone’s email address and sent it. None of the emails have made it through.All of them but one are gmail addresses. I have access to the email logs for my email address that it was also sent toand I don’t see anything in the logs either successful or not.Please advise

Hi, we operate a bank and need to utalise the in person signing facility. Current process is as follows. Lender will generate documents eg application form or loan contract, print and have the customer sign in person.  We are looking to move to a model where we have a Kiosk Ipad fixed to the desk. The lender produces the documents required, is able to load into DocuSign and send directly to the iPad for the customer to signWhat we don't want the customer to have to do here is to log into their email accounts to fetch the link then sign. We would like there to be a way for us to directly send the documents to that specific iPad, say IPAD-25 or the iPad in a specific branch. We would also be open (but not preferred) to the idea of our staff logging into their DocuSign account to fetch the documents and present to the customer to sign. 

In the past periods I received my contract from Deliveroo and I just had to accept the conditions and terms of the contract and sign it, but while I was filling out the contract I had a problem with a box where I had to accept the working conditions, the real problem is that it does not let me press on the box it may be a bag and malfunctioning system I tried to contact Deliveroo for this problem but I could not fix it, now instead when I enter to see the mik contract it tells me that it no longer exists and they ask me to contact you to have my employment contract, I kindly ask you to help me I have a 9-month-old girl and a dependent wife, I have not been working for more than a year, now I have opened the VAT number to be able to work alone with the Deliveroo team I still kindly ask you to be able to be able to start working my life is in great difficulty thank you salutier badhboun

I am trying to map a Web Form checkbox group to an eSignature envelope template checkbox group but I keep getting this error:DOCGEN_PROCESSING_FAILURE  “Checkbox Values can't be blank”Setup:Web Form- API reference name: Checkboxpartenaire- Options (and API value): Facebook, Instagram, TikTokEnvelope Template- 3 checkboxes from the same group- same Data Label: Checkboxpartenaire- grouped togetherHowever, in the template editor I only see the Data Label field and no place to define the checkbox option values (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok).How should checkbox group values be configured in the template so they correctly map from the Web Form? In the example below I was even trying to add the API Value directly but there should be an area to provide both checkbox group API value and each checkbox API value no?

Is there a way for the initiator of a Powerform to view the progress of that Powerform from within DocuSign.

Can anyone offer insight on adding two factor authentication?We have been trying for DAYS to add SMS two factor authentication to our license.  We need a select group of people to whom we send an envelope to verify their identity via SMS.  We are stuck in an endless circle.  We are referred by service to sales.  Sales sends an email with a link containing instructions on how to add once logged into our account, but the link they tell us to use does not exist.  We are told to go to Account in the Admin login and in the Accounts view choose Plan and Billing and then buy an Add on.  Add on does not exist as an option.We’ve been told from the Account view to select Identity Verification.  Again, this does not exist.We have been going in circles for days and no one at DocuSign seems to know how to add this to our account.

For example, if there is a form that has 10 hard coded sections for wire transfers. 1. The sender would be required to fill out first 4 fields for as many wire transfer sections they will need from the recipient with a minimum of being at least first section up to 10.2.  The recipient would be required to fill out the last 3 fields in the sections that have data that was filled out by sender3.   If a section has no content from the sender, then the recipient does not have to fill out the last 3 fields in that section. Is there a way to ensure client fills out last 3 fields for each section the sender has data in the first 4 fields?    

Users are unable to access the mailbox after it has been shared, even though access has been granted -Manage Access in DocuSign.

We send tens of documents a day and all have to be signed by someone from our company.Is there a way to presign the documents in template so that only the other party needs to sign it so someone from our end doesnt need to go 50 times a day to DS to sign it?

My DocuSign demo account is not sending email notifications to signers for envelopes created. Despite everything worked fine earlier. There are no junk file issues, and i have configured all notification preferences according to solutions / documentation found. Are there any recent updates or changes to DocuSign Demo account settings that could effect Email notifications?Or Anything that i might have missed to set up notifications.Any Suggestions or solutions Would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Account Creation and Payment: On 22/03/2026, I created an account using my email address (which is different from one I am posting) and subscribed to the eSignature Standard Plan with an annual payment of $240. I have attached confirmation from my credit card (SMS and online banking) as proof of payment. Initial Usage: I created one template & sent out an agreement for signing the email went out but now the link is no longer accessible. Access Issues: Suddenly, I was unable to access the account via the links provided in your emails. Hence I had to create this free account just to post about my issue. Password Problems: I attempted to log in, but the password I set was deemed invalid. As the sole user, I am certain I did not change it. Hi everyone, I have just subscribed to DocuSign with the option of using QES for signing documents as and when needed. How do I set up my QES if I don’t already have my digital identity verified? I know DocuSign is a QTPS but I do not find any clear information on requesting this service. Thanks in advance!

Scenario: We have mail-merged letter agreements (with their name and unique details) for our new hires to sign. Before they sign it, we need our director to sign each agreement via DocuSign.Question: Is there a way to send all the mail-merged agreements to the director for signature in one go, before DocuSign sends the letter agreement and another document to the new hires, who then receive their unique DocuSign envelope to sign?

Everytime I log in, Docusign shows me ‘help menus’. I got this, I don’t need to see it everytime.Its a busy one person office. That slows me down. Can we turn it off? Don’t need reminders EVERY time. See attached photoThanks,Clutter-bug

HiHas anyone come across an issue where recipients can’t read the document they receive because it’s very small type and all left aligned on the screen.The recipient is picking up the DocuSign envelope on their mobile phone, and using their browser to open (not the DocuSign app). See below screenshot. 

For an internal audit, I need information on who created specific users and when they were created.I have found the creation date, but I am struggling with the "who." According to information from DocuSign, I should be able to find out who created a user in the Audit Log. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I only find an entry when something has been changed on an existing user.Therefore, my question: Where and how can I find out who created a user?

After I enter my username and password I’m presented with the following - the same user twice. I don’t know why I have two users and I can’t distinguish between them. How can I merge them or delete them or, at least make them distinguishable. 

There are two recipients who have communicated that they will not be signing the documents. I discussed this with my stakeholders, who told me that it would be OK to not have them sign the documents, and that I just need to place a textbox there with ‘Not Applicable’. To clarify, their names will be present in the document, but will not have their signatures. I attached a file where already one person is shown with ‘Not Applicable’. This was already the case before uploading the document to docusign. I would like to add the text 'Not applicable’ to the 2 empty ones as well. I tried to correct the file by removing the signature and date boxes and replacing them with text boxes, but then it would resend the file. For some reason, I also can't alter them by downloading and editing the PDF for some reason.Is there a more elegant solution for this perhaps?Robin

My colleague Dan B sent several envelopes using another colleague's (Dan C) account to which he has Shared Access. Dan B added himself and a third party as Receive a Copy recipients on the envelopes. About 30 of the envelopes have been signed, but Dan B is saying he only got copies for four of them. I have looked at the history logs for a few of the envelopes for which he did not receive copies and confirmed that copies of the executed document were only sent to the signer and to Dan C not to Dan B or the third party. They received a copy of the initial outgoing email when it was sent, but not a copy of the executed document. I don't understand this - docusign is supposed to send a copy of the executed document to ALL recipients.!--endfragment>!--startfragment>I have attached history logs and screenshots of the Recipients screen for two envelopes - one for which Dan B did receive the executed documents and one for which he did not.  Thanks,Teri

Hi all,I have a workflow that calls an intake form to upload a document. When a user with CLM User permission tries to upload a document an error occurred (see screenshot below). I also added the user under the Folder Security and assigned the following: “View & Create” or “View & Edit” or “View, Edit & Delete” or “View, Edit, Delete & Set Access” but to no avail. Am I missing some settings?As CLM Admin, I can upload a document without an issue. Thank you in advance. 

Looking to find out if anybody is using a regex patter for the numbers in a text box as a validation to only allow user enter max of 10 numbers but is still able to enter less than 10, without being forced to add zeros in front of it if the number is less than 10 digits. And is still able to complete the envelope. Thank you,  

I can see doc’s needing action and when I attempt to sign, I get“We couldn't find the page you're looking for”When I use the docusign app I am able to sign.I use pihole (DNS filter) and have whitelisted apps.docusign.com but that didn’t change anything.Laptop is a fully up to date MacBook Pro using Firefox.  Just started a session with Chrome, no issue there…  I will finish in Chrome.  Not my preferred browser.I have approved MANY docs over the years, but this issue only started recently.Firefox issue or Docusign?

I’m looking for guidance on how to control the rows displayed within a table in a DocuSign Doc Gen template generated from Salesforce data.Current Behavior:Our Salesforce data structure allows for multiple records per Brand (for example, multiple “Caldera” records with the same service type). When the document is generated, each individual record is rendered as its own row in the table.Desired Outcome:We would like to display only a single row per Brand in the generated document, even when multiple Salesforce records exist for that Brand.Question:Is there a supported way within DocuSign Doc Gen to group, deduplicate, or otherwise control the dataset so that only one row per Brand is rendered in the table?
