Report on envelopes re-sent

There appears to be no way to report on number of envelopes re-sent (or sent manual reminder). Anyone have a way of doing this? Or is this a request to the Docusign developers?

Hi ​@David Prowting— thanks for your question!

At this time, the Reporting feature doesn’t include data on Reminders or Manual Reminders. That information can be checked manually by going to your Agreements page, opening the specific envelope, and reviewing the Envelope History for the full event log.

Just a quick note: Reminder events in the envelope history aren’t enabled by default. Your Account Administrator would need to contact DocuSign Support to have this feature turned on 👉 Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

Hi ​@Melanie.Panguito thanks for the response. For some reason I never received an email notification of your response - I checked my settings and all are enabled on my Settings, I saved it again, just in case. I just happened to log in to the community to check on some other issues.

I think manually going to each envelope as an Admin is not really an option for volumes of envelopes. I was looking for this data as part of the DfS to DAL migration, but turns out it was not so important, so I no longer need this data now, although it would interesting to see which users and how many users are overriding the default 7 day reminder or resending envelopes.
