Hi, We have integrated Docusign with Salesforce for sending documents, we have one partner who is able to send documents just after the token is recently updated, however after 8 hours we get the the error message: attempt to reference an object: null30. Checking the debig logs it shows : getAccessTokenRequest|"System.HttpRequest[Endpoint=null, Method=null]"|0x37fc0b61I have personally updated the token for other partners and they are able to continue sending envelopes after 8 hours and after the days pass, Ive seen if one of our partners dont send envelopes in a period of 30 days or more the token expires, we update the token and then the issue is no longer present as they keeping sending envelopes or using actively the tool.I dont understand why this is happening every 8 hours. Not sure what we are doing wrong if I have followed the same steps to update the token facing no issue and now this happens unexpectedly.Please advise, thank you

Hi,I am using ‘Docusign for Salesforce package’ for Docusign integration with salesforce, And according to documentation I am supposed to create a custom button to send the document for signature, is there a way to automate this where I can write code to deliver the envelope rather than the clicking the custom button?Thanks.

Hello everyone!I am new to DocuSign, so my question may seem too simple. So I ask you for advice.When I send an envelope from Salesforce.com, several envelope custom fields (ECF) are automatically created. One of them contains the Salesforce.com record ID. Since objects of different types in Salesforce (Account, Opportunity, Lead, etc.) can initiate sending an envelope from Salesforce, the names of the Envelope Custom Fields (ECF) will be different (SFAccount, SFOpportunity, SFLead, etc.). And depending on the type of object, I want to display different text in the Email Resource template. For example, if a document from Salesforce is sent from the Account object record, then I want to display the following text:Account Id: [[ECF:ECF SFAccont]]If a document is sent from the Opportunity record, then:Opportuniyu Id: [[ECF:ECF

Is there a possible way to copy a docusign status for the envelope signed document to the quote object in salesforce?

In our newly implemented integration, I can see and download the PDF and Word files that are coming in to Salesforce via Docusign in the DocuSign status object. However, I’m unable to open the downloaded Word file and get this error - any suggestions? 

I have created an eSignature DocGen template.  I want to create 5 similar envelopes  using the same DocGen template. About 40% of the field data is the same across 5 envelopes , but the remaining 60% of the fields are unique data for each recipient. I expected to be able to create a one envelope using the DocGen template and save as a draft. Then copy the draft envelope and make DocGen field changes to the envelope copy, but the “copy” function is not available in the envelope drop down actions for the created envelope in draft - should I be able to copy a draft envelope? I see that copy does become active for the envelope after sending it, but the envelope copy shows fixed text for recipient 1, and I cannot edit/update field entries for the unique data for recipient 2.  Perhaps bulk send is the only way to achieve what I want to do?  But I’m reticent to use bulk send, since you cannot preview the generated documents before sending.

I am trying to display a field in a Repeat xml tag, but I keep getting a xpath exception error.I have a template that uses the credit note object in Salesforce, and I am trying to display the unit price field on the invoice line object. I go from credit note > credit note line > credit allocations > invoice line > unit price. We have a partner portal built on Salesforce experience cloud where our resellers can bring in deals. We want our resellers to able to send documents to their customers to be signed and also capture some data that is written back to Salesforce fields.  We have been able to install the docusign package and setup a template configuration in Salesforce with all the merge field, field placement and even set the config to update certain Salesforce fields on send and successful signing. We want to be able to pull in the DocuSign template configuration in Salesforce and use that to send the template but can’t seem to find a way to do that in experience cloud.  With the Apex toolkit, it doesn’t appear to allow us to fetch the DocuSign template configuration in Salesforce and use that to deliver the envelopes. Looks like we have to hard code everything from the merge fields to updating the Salesforce fields on send and completion.  Does anyone kn

Hi,I am using DocuSign Apps Launcher version 6.4 in Salesforce and CPQ. I have configured the app and users as per the document. In the add document configuration, I have selected “Attach Documents from Salesforce record”. I am selecting a record with files and click the “Send DocuSign” button. I get an error “At least one document is required”. What am I missing? 

Consider a use case where a bank/finance company is  automatically generating a lease agreement for a car dealership to be signed by the purchaser of the car. We (bank)  want to autofill the “car price” which could editable by the dealership, but we want to autofill the “term” at 36 months but that’s locked down and uneditable. We can make this work on a basic word document but in our current docgen platform, the protected word doc basically blows up the doc gen template because it can’t read the template. Does DOcusign Gen support this use case? If so how? Can it inherit the protection attributes of the word doc, or would we set up the protection attributes in the DS Gen platform itself and they live on the template?

Hi, I have set up a flow in salesforce which sends out Docusign envelopes based on a triggered flow. The trigger works perfectly fine for me as the Admin, however, when I log in as one of my end users the envelope is not sent. I have checked to make sure the user is active, added permission sets (Docusign Login, Docusign Sender, Docusign User), and enabled the system sender setting for eSignature in Salesforce. What am I missing here?

Hello All, I am looking for integration between salesforce and docusign and Sharepoint for Document storage.Document generation will be initiated from salesforce using Docusign, once document is signed I need another integration which store signed document into sharepoint. I wanted to understand feasibility of this integration  via docusign

I added the XML path of the picklist field from salesforce DocuSign document generator in the word template, but when the document is generated, it is not displaying the value.Is there a reason behind it? Do we have to use some different tags to display picklist values?Appreciate any help!Thank you!

I need to Send Salesforce CPQ Quote Document for eSignature

The Field Updates I have set up in an envelope template in Salesforce are not working as I expect. I have them set to update the Status of the record when the envelope is sent, and then when it is completed (per the first screenshot). I have a custom button for the envelope template set up on the record, but when I send the envelope through that button, the Status remains in “New” (per the second screenshot). Is there something I am missing in regards to something else that needs to be set up in the envelope template?

Is there a way to automate inputting a recipient's name as merge field in envelope template in DocuSign?

When trying to send a document via DocuSign within Salesforce, the following error appears:“A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error:0 - The remote computer refused the network connection.)”Followed by:  “Argument is undefined.”Any thoughts on the source/cause of this error?

Hello, when generating a document via DocuSign Gen, is there a way to improve word wrapping within a table? The content of the table is generated via TableRow repeat merge tags.ExampleSolutionsWrap as Application-  consultant Dynamic table to extend column width Else?

Hiya!  Is there a way to configure this integration/connector so that when a user initiates an envelope (or template) directly from Docusign, that it DOESN”T also feed into salesforce, or alternatively, to set it up so that it feeds into salesforce only if you could somehow include an opportunity ID in the envelope?  We have users who work on both revenue transactions as well as vendor transactions, and we don’t want the vendor transactions to upload into SFDC.  Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Is it possible to bulk send an envelope with dynamic table from a template built with template assistant for Word?I created an template without the dynamic table, and it worked fine, but when i create with the dynamic table, the “bulk send” option disapear.

I am shocked that DocuSign Gen Templates for Salesforce does not have the functionality to use text from Salesforce Fields in the Generated File Name + File Suffix. That feature is basic functionality in competitors like Conga Composer, PandaDoc, and SDocs. Current functionality mandates that all generated file names be [Static Text Typed in the Upload Documents Stage of Gen Template Flow] + File Suffix [limited to Data Source Name and/or Date] Other Competitors give us the ability to dynamically change our file names in the doc gen such as “Custom_Field__c Purchase Order” Other threads similar to this subject say the work around is for the user to manually edit the file name.  This sucks on many levels. A: The user needs Salesforce permission to edit files (we generate files automatically in our current use case with Conga and the owner of the record is not the owner of the file). We have a gen template that automatically generates a document once the user click on the custom button from the account.  we are now trying to map the amount field on the Account to the payment tab.  This should auto populate the same way all other fields are populated but for some reason I’m not sure how to map the field to the payment tag in docusign.  Can someone help?
