Hi, 

We have integrated Docusign with Salesforce for sending documents, we have one partner who is able to send documents just after the token is recently updated, however after 8 hours we get the the error message: attempt to reference an object: null30. Checking the debig logs it shows : getAccessTokenRequest|"System.HttpRequestsEndpoint=null, Method=null]"|0x37fc0b61

I have personally updated the token for other partners and they are able to continue sending envelopes after 8 hours and after the days pass, Ive seen if one of our partners dont send envelopes in a period of 30 days or more the token expires, we update the token and then the issue is no longer present as they keeping sending envelopes or using actively the tool.

I dont understand why this is happening every 8 hours. Not sure what we are doing wrong if I have followed the same steps to update the token facing no issue and now this happens unexpectedly.

To better assist you can you provide the current version of the Docusign for Salesforce that you are using?
