Hi, 

I am working in a UAT Salesforce environment connected to a Dev DocuSign. When I send a document using a custom URLFOR button a DocuSign Status is not getting created. I see a ‘DocuSign Envelope’ though. Is there any reason why an envelope would get created but not the Status? I received the document for signature in my inbox, so I don’t believe there is an error in my recipients etc. Any advice on why this might be happening would be greatly appreciated!

Can you check if DocuSign Connect is set up correctly to post status updates back to Salesforce?
