Hi, I am getting error when I try to place merged fields from salesforce to Envelope Template.
Save Error: Some fields might be out of sync. Unable to connect to the service. Failed to connect to the salesforce service.
I disconnected and reconnected the DocuSign but it didn’t solve the issue. We are currently running on 6.4v.
What can I do to solve this issue?
