Power Automate Know Limitations - File Size

Hello, According to this page, the file size limit for sending documents to Power Automate is 12MB: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=gqy1619537336307&topicId=kfu1696619437531.html&_LANG=enus Is that still accurate?Is there a workaround? The file size limit in eSignature being 25MB really limits the use of PA in such cases.

Docusign integration with Dynamics 365

Hi, We have been using Docusign with Dynamics 365 Sales for a number of years. We had not upgraded from version 6 and recently attempted to upgrade to the current version, which apparently cannot be done without uninstalling version 6 and re-installing to the current. We have now done this many times and in the process No Docusign shortcuts are added to the sitemap. I managed to manually add a URL directly to Docusign and the admin page was then accessible and I set-up the integration. However, for reasons I do not understand, this was not enduring and the connection was once again lost and we cannot access in the same way (by manually adding the URL). I have also attempted logging in through the Configuration page and have attempted to manually add configuration details into the Configuration table, but this has also been unsuccessful. I have contacted support now multiple times and have no response to date. Has anyone else suffered from this issue and found a resolution?

extract attachments from signed envelope

I have a power automate flow that is triggered when a docusign envelope is signed. The flow extracts the information and signed pdf, then saves to a sharepoint library. Is it possible to separately retrieve attachments that the signer has uploaded? i.e. not one long pdf but individual files?

Power Automate Flow Authentication Timeout

We have a fairly simple Power Automate flow that creates an envelope, adds documents and then sends to Docusign. We can get this flow to repeat multiple times without any issues when testing. But after a period of time (I can’t say exactly when as we don’t run the flow often enough) the account we are using with Power Automate loses connection with Docusign, this causes the flow to fail. I’m not sure if we are missing something really obvious regarding the way we authorising and logging into Docusign.

Is there a way to retrieve the template id or any template info when dealing with a completed document in Power Automate? I am looking to retrieve this info to then filter the documents into specific folders when uploading to SharePoint.

How to trigger Power Automate when recipient just signed (not for when completed)

I am using Power Automate to create a DocuSign flow with multiple recipients in one envelope.I want to detect when each recipient has signed, so that I can update SharePoint when they sign. I can detect completion using the triggers provided by Power Automate, but I can't find a trigger for a sign.If there's any way to do this, please let me know.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Docusign Word Add-in Date Formatting

Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025." My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format. Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? Thank you!

Power Automate - Does not send document to non-registered users

Hello. I created power automate, using Docusign action. I have tested some runs and looks like if the recipients are registered Docusign users, they have no problem of receiving documents but it won’t send to the recipients who are not registered to Docusign. (People who do not have license.)Has someone experienced this problem? If so, is there any solution? Thank you!

How to Merge Multiple Entity Data Fields from Microsoft Dynamics to a Docusign Template

I am trying to get Quote and Product entity data fields from D365 into DocuSign Template but when creating a process in D365 you can only choose a single entity like Quote so I can Merge Quote data fields but not able to Merge Products data fields related to the Quote during the Create a New Dynamics Process step using the guide Merge Data Fields from Microsoft Dynamics to a Docusign Template How can I achieve this any idea?

Cannot get the Access Token for power automate to get the status of the envelope through HTTP operation

Hello, I’m trying to get the status of the envelope to send the envelope to second signatory once the first signatory has signed on Power Automate. This is OK I have got the envelope working so far either by sending to all signatories the same time or keeping a delay of window to send one after the other This is Required I need to send the envelope to signatories only after the signature, for this I’m trying to get the status of the envelope from HTTP operation that requires Access Token. PowerAutomate Document Name

Hello, I am trying to use PowerAutomate and Docusign to complete an action of filling in a document created in Docusign Word Template Assistant, based on SharePoint data, and then send this completed for signing. The workflow runs, but each time, and with multiple tries of different file names (E.g with file extensions, renaming the file, etc) I get a failure: ConnectorException": body "Status code=BadRequest, Message='ValidationFailure: No document found matching the provided name'" The workflow uses: Create envelope using template with recipients Get document info from envelope Update document generation form fields from envelope Send Envelope Any ideas? Change Envelope status to shared?

when using power automate to create a docusign envelope, the envelope gets created and saved to my drafts folder- if our account has sharing enabled, how do I change the status of envelope to shared from draft within the workflow? I don’t want to automatically send the envelope out for signing without manual/human review. I am still in the process of adding anchor tags to all my template docs, so the fields still need to be manually created for the recipients prior to sending.

Hello, In Power automate I have a flow to sign through Docusign. In my template I have some tabs that the user have to fill in info. My question is, can I fetch these info (their values) and use them later? For example from the screenshot, can I get the ‘testText’ value?

DocuSign.eSign DotNet Error Dynamics NAV

I’m trying to integrate Microsoft Dynamics NAV with DocuSign through DotNet assembly. I’m getting the following error when selecting the DocuSign.eSign. .NET interop: exception occurred, 'Could not load file or assembly 'System.ComponentModel.Annotations, Version=4.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. I have copied the below dlls to enable the dotnet assemby in dynamics nav. Signed PDF not showing all Excel sheets

I have been using DocuSign for over a year now to sign off month end files as PDFs for audit and SOx compliance, but this month I have noticed that one of the Excel files I uploaded and converted to a PDF is only showing 49 pages in the PDF whereas the Excel file has 52 pages and the missing three pages are the final three tabs from the Excel file. I have never had this issue before with any of the hundreds of files that I have uploaded and converted so I am stuck on how I can resolve this issue.Thanks in advance for any advice !

Has anyone been able to get SharePoint and DocuSign app to work?

We are new to SharePoint and would like to allow our users to drag and drop their documents from SharePoint into DocuSign. The current workaround is to download the document from SharePoint to the desktop and then we are able to drag and drop into DocuSign. We found the app for SharePoint to integrate DocuSign, and our Administrator gave it permission, but it is not available in SharePoint like the online help said it would. We are using MicroSoft 365.

PDF Validation Failure

Hi, I am developing a Power Automate flow that integrates DocuSign for managing multiple file uploads or attachments from SharePoint. In this flow: One of the documents requires a DocuSign signature, and I have successfully implemented this step. However, for the remaining PDF files that need to be reviewed by the approver, I am unable to send these documents to the approver. I am encountering an error in the "Add Documents to an Envelope" action. Below, I have outlined the steps I followed in my flow and the issues I am facing. Hi there, Newby question - Are there any Docusign add-ins available for MS Outlook or common PDF readers such as Adobe Acrobat or MS Edge? Good morning, I am creating a flow in Power Automate, in which signatures several documents in a single envelope, I have not been able to find a way to attach them all in a single envelope.-Usually they are envelopes of 10 to 15 documents.-The names of the documents always change. Microsoft Word Integration - Please try again or Contact IT

Hi, I’ve been having any issue in trying to activate Docusign on Microsoft Word for a user. The error message received “Please try again or Contact IT. The user lacks sufficient permission to access this resource” Scenario: User already has DS Sender access granted and was able to sign documents that is received on Docusign Portal. Issue only occurs when trying to sign documents directly from Microsoft Word. > Docusign for Microsoft Word was installed without a hitch > Sign-in was successful as MFA prompt was seen cleared from our end. > But user is receiving the notification the error message mentioned in the third line. Additional note: Have tried to install Docusign from AppSource, if it makes any difference, but it still generates an error messsage, albeit a different one, “Please try again or Contact IT. Microsoft quarantining "dangerous" emails from docusign.net

I am a security admin for our Microsoft 365 account. Today all emails from dse_na4@docusign.net are being stripped and held due to “containing malicious URL”. These emails appear to be legit. They are related to envelopes actively in the signing process, and we have verified that the document activity attached matches what we see when logging directly in via DocuSign.com. When browsing directly to www.docusign.net, our browsers are also flagging docusign.net as a dangerous/malicious website. The combination of MS and browsers flagging as dangerous has us concerned, and we have asked our users to pause use of DocuSign momentarily until we can confirm. Is there any currently known active threat that is being managed on the docusign.net domain? Thanks!
