Hello,

I have a problem while connecting to DocuSign from Microsoft Power Automate. This happens when I want to define the connection on a “DocuSign Demo” component.

After the login screen, I get the following error message : “Failed to create OAuth connection: ClientError: Test connection failed. Details: The format of value '1.1 hosted.websense 60d' is invalid.”

In some cases it has been working, and at some point we start having htis error. This happens on different accounts. 

If I try to had a new connection, I get the same error message.

Any idea?

Quick update: The problem is du due to our Web Security Gateway. 

Bypassing it, it works.
