Error Creating Envelope in Dynamics 365 with Error in CreateEnvelopeOAuth

Hello there,

i have installed the DocuSign Integration for Dynamics 365 via App Source. I have enabled Oauth and Sharepoint. The Documents are availabe. Now when trying to “Sign with DocuSign” or “Get Signatures” I get the follwig Error: 0x80040265 Error in CreateEnvelopeOAuth. Error in CreateEnvelopeOAuth   at DynamicsRedirector.Services.DS.CreateEnvelopeOAuth(String emailSubject, String accountId, String postbackUrl, String userId) in /__w/47/s/src/DynamicsRedirector/Services/DS.cs:line 1200

 

Can you please help me out here?
