Hello everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with an action in my power automate workflow and I'm hoping someone here can help me resolve it. Here are the details:

Error: Action 'Create_envelope' failed

Description: The action 'Create_envelope' in my workflow is failing with a 404 error. The error message indicates that the file or directory was not found. It suggests that the resource might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Despite these checks, the issue persists. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance.

Turns out its too long, maybe ill put some of the context elsewhere

Hello @TheGuyWQuestions ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Apologies for the late reply, are you still in need of assistance?

If so, after some research I found that a possible reason of why the error appears is because the "basepath" is incorrect, if you are using the demo account you have to use "https://demo.docusign.net/restapi" if it is on production one you have to use "https://docusign.net/restapi"

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
