What is happening?
Microsoft has recently announced the retirement of SharePoint Online add-ins. Consequently, the Docusign for SharePoint Online connector will be deprecated. All customers currently utilizing this connector will be impacted by this change and must plan for a migration to ensure continuous service.
Mitigation Steps
Docusign has released Docusign for SharePoint (Organization Edition) and Docusign for SharePoint (Site Edition) connectors to replace the Docusign for SharePoint Online connector. You can refer to this Docusign Support Page to get started on the migration process.
