I am the admin/owner of the account.  I cannot see bulk send.  i have watched the videos.  I have the $65 account.  

As an admin, I’d like a report showing all envelopes sent during a specific time period, with details of who currently has each envelope in the signing process.Is this possible?Thanks in advance.Kenneth

Hello, I have a user with a DS Sender role that I shared a template with.  She was able to see all the fieldsthat I added to a template but now she cannot see them any longer.  Nothing has changed with herpermissions or the template permissions however when she sends an envelope with this template(and adds other documents), she changes the Envelope Type.  I tried this with another user and theyare able to see the fields, I have one that cannot.  Appreciate any help from the community. ThanksGary

My client had started an agreement and filled out majority of the form, only had to sign it and send it back. They were unable to access it, so I resent it with an updated access code. When I resent it to them, the information they filled in was erased and the form was completely blank - forcing them to restart from scratch. Is there a way I can retrieve the field data they inputted earlier? Why was their information deleted when I resent them the agreement? I think it is because I “corrected” the document and inputted a new access code...

Hello - I purchased an annual REALTOR sub, back in April, which included unlimited envelopes. I am unable to send contracts out for signatures. Received the below message. I am unable to reach out to support as well without upgrading my plan. Any assistance would be appreciated. Envelope Limit ReachedNeed to send more envelopes? I am trying my best to create a simple Mutual NDA template agreement to reuse with our clients and prospects.I would like the counterparty (client or prospect) to enter the following item when they receive: Company Name Address Company Short Form Name Signer Name Signer Role Email  Signature/Date  When I attempt to add text fields in the editor, these fields are not populating in the template when I send to the counterparty. I find the interface and labelling incredibly difficult to understand. 

Every time I download a PDF file I get a ZIP file that I have to unpack and toss.I know ZIP files are still very popular in the Windows Environment. However, we are deep in the 21th century. Nonebody with a brain still uses that platform. Stop waisting my time and drop the ZIP nonsense. I have enough bandwidth in the Netherlands, perhaps it is still a probably in the US - I lived there for 8 years and OMG what a nightmare, so happy to be back.Kind regards,Dr. Hans Kramer

My IT department is concerned about our firewalls blocking in the event any of the servers will be located outside of the US. Any input is appreciated! 

Hi everyone –I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction because I’m at a standstill. For the past couple of years I’ve subscribed to the $299.99 Standard Edition, paid annually through Apple. My most recent renewal was processed on August 14, 2025.Despite this, when I log into the DocuSign app on my phone or through the website on my computer, it only shows me as having a free account. I’m worried I may have accidentally created two accounts under the same email, but I have no way to confirm since Apple only provides an Order ID, while DocuSign only recognizes customers by Account ID.This mismatch between Apple and DocuSign means I can’t get direct support from either side: Apple tells me to contact DocuSign, and DocuSign won’t treat me as a paying customer because the subscription isn’t showing on their end. Meanwhile, I have contracts that need to go out today, and I’m stuck without access to the service I’ve already paid for.Has anyone else run into this? Any advice

I had three required signers, all have signed but the status for the “receives a copy” recipient is still “waiting” how do I get them the document?  

I’m sure no one will see this in time but I am still having issues logging into the Zoom session for Peer Group.  I got the invite but no matter what combo email/password I try to use it does not work.  I also tried to register again and shows my email address is already used.

Hello All,I set up a DocuSign template where users can send agreement us customers. Once customers sign the agreement, I want those agreements to be stored in a SharePoint document library. I set SharePoint app in the Connection.Then I set up rule and action in the DocuSign.In the action part under the Customize file and folder name/path, there are several options which do not help my idea.I want to capture some document custom fields into the file name so that when it stores into the SharePoint it is easy to find by the document custom fields.Unfortunately, I could find any available solution out there.I would appreciate if some can help me on this.Thanks PS: Please see the attached image for clarification.

Hi there, I’m a single user and I’m not sure if I use IP or domain allow-listing? Is this something I only need to worry about if I’m part of a large company with a tech department and security team? I work form home from my laptop. I assume no action is required on my part but wanted to confirm. 

I’m at the end of my rope at this point, every corner I turn DocuSign finds new ways to frustrate my efforts to use their product.  My frustrations are as both a receiver and sender.I am a subcontractor and I receive about 150-200 DocuSign Envelopes per year and about once a year we will try to bulk send documents to 50-60 employees, for signature.  The single most annoying aspect as a envelope consumer; there’s no ability for me to Tag or annotate for internal use only what an envelope is.  I receive many docusigns that have subjects “Please Sign Docusign 180005220B003” and at any given time I may have 3-4 of similar looking envelope titles from the same client in various stages of review and execution.  So I either need to memorize that 180005220B003 = “5th St Lobby Phase 1 Contract” or I need to go through each one envelope in the queue looking for the correct one.   Then there are the little issues like the forever bug where if I after completing a envelope if I tried to move it to

I got an email stating DocuSign will be moving transactions to Microsoft Azure. As part of the change, it asked us to add several domains in the allow-list. Wanted to make sure if it’s legit before contacting the IT support.

Hello,  My first question on the move to Microsoft Azure: Is Microsoft Azure already a subprocessor / third party used by DocuSign or are they new? An additional question, based on the the FAQ, it mentions that transactions processing is what is moving:What does processing entail? Is this the entire service including storage of data? Is historical information being migrated as part of this or is it just services and future processing that is being transferred?

I am unable to see any invoices in my account - Account ID: 77324897. I made a payment of GBP 12.00 for payment to DOCUSIGN INC on 23 Jun 2025 at 10:24. I am not able to view that invoice. I had downgraded my account after the payment was made.  

How do I contact customer support. It wont allow me to select e-mail or call back as this is for paid users even though I am one and although live chat is available it does nothing when I click on it?

Hi everyone,Need help setting up a DocuSign envelope that requires signers in the UAE to use UAE Pass (the national digital ID/signature app) for compliance.My question: Is UAE Pass natively supported in DocuSign? What’s the exact workflow to mandate UAE Pass (not just optional)? Do I need special settings under Recipient Authentication? Context: UAE Pass is mandatory for legally binding e-signatures here. I’ve checked DocuSign’s UAE docs but need practical steps.
