How to enforce UAE Pass signature in DocuSign envelopes?

To enforce a UAE Pass signature in DocuSign envelopes, follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Documents: Ensure you have the documents ready that need to be signed.

2. Select Documents for Your Envelope:

   • Open a Salesforce record (e.g., Account, Opportunity).
   • Click the Share button next to the file in the DocuSign Files section.
   • Choose Send for Signature from the drop-down menu.
   • Check the box next to each document you want to include in the envelope (up to ten documents).

3. Add Additional Documents (Optional):

   • To upload more documents, click the Upload button and follow the prompts.
   • To add documents from Salesforce, select the Add from Salesforce button.
   • Rearrange the order of documents by dragging them as needed.

4. Proceed to Signature Setup:

   • Click the Next button in the upper-right corner to move to the next step.

5. Set Up UAE Pass Signature:

   • When prompted to select the signing method, choose the option that requires UAE Pass for authentication.
   • Ensure that the envelope sender has specified the requirement for UAE Pass signatures.

6. Notify Signers:

   • Once the envelope is prepared, send it to the recipients. They will receive an email prompting them to review and sign the documents using UAE Pass.

7. Complete the Signing Process:

   • Recipients will follow the instructions to authenticate using the UAE Pass mobile application and apply their signatures.

By following these steps, you can effectively enforce the use of UAE Pass signatures in your DocuSign envelopes, ensuring compliance with the UAE electronic transactions and trust services law.

I hope someone can share the practical experience of using Docusign in the UAE, which contracts can be signed by SES and which must be signed with UAE Pass, and I hope there will be local cases.
