I am trying my best to create a simple Mutual NDA template agreement to reuse with our clients and prospects.I would like the counterparty (client or prospect) to enter the following item when they receive: Company Name Address Company Short Form Name Signer Name Signer Role Email Signature/Date When I attempt to add text fields in the editor, these fields are not populating in the template when I send to the counterparty. I find the interface and labelling incredibly difficult to understand.
